***AOSC Anniversary Game - Sept.25th & 26th at Triggertyme***

That's right, our one year anniversary is coming up, and we are having a major airsoft event to celebrate! Two full days of scenario airsoft encompassing the whole field, more localized fast paced games in between scenarios, two scenario night games, training knife fights, gauntlet running contests, and target shooting challenges. These will be supplemented with food AND airsoft vendors as well as camping at no extra charge! Feel free to bring your friends to introduce them to the sport and enjoy the camping & camaraderie. Those who wish to watch, film, take pictures; or family members that wish to camp but not play will pay no field fee. Vendors are encouraged to attend, and will not be charged anything to retail products and services.

(We are holding it on this date because it is halfway between the day we founded the organization at our first meeting, and the day the website went live, so when we actually started.)

Field Directions:
The field is located in Columbia, SC off of I20 on Koon Store Road. Directions and pics can be found at these links:
http://www.southcarolinaairsoft.com/forums/http://www.southcarolinaairsoft.com/newforums/viewtopic.php?t=7

Games will have objectives, but no points will be given. This isn't about winning or losing, but celebrating the fact that we all have the privilege of playing an excellent sport with great people.

*Please, no alcohol, campfires, or pyro. Camping stoves will be allowed, but do not leave them unattended. Brightly colored glowsticks are required to play in the night games, as well as a flashlight. Yes, you MUST have BOTH to participate, glowstick for a deadrag and flashlight for safety. Prior to each and every game players will be checked for deadrags (glow sticks AND flashlights at night games) as well as their admission tickets. Those without will not play.

All AOSC rules apply.

Vendors that wish to retail food, drink, or airsoft related items or services are required to preregister by contacting me prior to the game. Again, there is no charge, but we need to know what to expect.

Items being raffled off to payed players:
2 (One on each day) - Dominum's Free Tech Work Passes (All inclusive, valued up to $65 in one time airsmithing labor)

Vendors
Smitty's Essential Ammo Supply

*More updates:
-If you arrive late see Green Ninja or Myself.
-Those found playing without an admission pass and proper chrono tags will obviously be ejected and face a ban. Keep them on you at all times.
-ALL airsoft guns will be chronoed with provided .20s. bring an empty midcap to chrono for each gun.
-Admin staff will be present during ENTIRE event, and on channel 1.
-Bravo has all odd channels past 1 (admin), and Alpha has all even channel ls. Objective updates will be given to Bravo on 3 and Alpha on 2.
-All friendly players will be medics to friendlies, one handed thirty second heal. No firing while healing. Each player may receive two medic heals, after the second heal (meaning the third time you've been hit) you must return to respawn. There is a mandatory three minute bleed out time before you may return to respawn, even if you were shot in your respawn itself. After you bleed out, you must return to respawn in order to be back in the game. One person may "drag" a hit friendly player by grabbing them, if one live friendly drags than you must walk, if two live friendlies drag then you may run. The moveable objectives can obviously be moved only by live players. They may not be taken anywhere except to the point your faction is meant to take them. Do not remove anything from them. Do not conceal them in any way. Do not attempt to manipulate the rules, if that's the only way you can win, than find another game. Treat your opponents with courtesy and respect, and don't do anything that you would consider underhanded if you were on the receiving end. I and the other admin(s) will be on channel 1, if you ever have questions or concerns during gameplay, get on channel 1 and talk to me. Otherwise, stay on your own faction's channels. It is in your best interest to bring a radio so that you can keep informed. You have only to enter your actual respawn building to reenter gameplay when bled out. Even if you are in your respawn building, you must still bleed out when appropriate. Understand that if you enter the enemy's respawn building, the other faction's players may be able to respawn right next to you.
Failure to follow any and all of these rules will be grounds for immediate dismissal from the field without a refund (By myself, or any other AOSC Rep), it is your duty to familiarize yourself with them prior to the game. (Not trying to sound harsh, but it is what it is ;))
-I have arranged for an ACTUAL HMMWV to not only show up, but play in the first scenario game (and maybe more depending on turnout). It will also stay there for lunch so you can all take pics, climb in and out, and ask the owner all the questions you have. It is not the up-armored HMMWV, and it is a solid top with an open turret. It will not be destructable (so no need to bring your rocket launchers), but all passengers will be shooting and may be shot at. I am trying to design it in such a way that every player will get a turn to ride and fire from it.

Scenarios:
1(first half of Sat.): Two West African rebel groups are competing over territory when word comes that a small plane has gone down between their camps. They both rush to recover what they can, as it is likely a plane used for running illicit goods... goods wich can be used to help finance their respective causes...
-Search and recover multiple items, including some large and some small, a pilot, etc.
-Alpha Respawn at Fort Apache, Bravo in Village below Southbase
-Alpha must hold items in North end of airfield, Bravo in Southbase
-Plane's cargo and pilot bailed out over/near the Tower
-Each team will have intermitent armored support (HMMWV) going from their respawn to the enemies evac sight, back and forth. It's affiliation will depend on who is in it and which way it is driving ;)

2:(Second half of Sat.): No scenario, playing will consist of fast paced, single objective game in and around the Village.

MORE TO COME
