-It’s the early days of the Iraq invasion. US and allied forces have secured many key cities and eliminated the majority of large scale organized resistance, but some areas are still under the control of the Republican Guard and various other Bathist militants and Saddam loyalists. Yesterday, a high ranking UN official was kidnapped in Baghdad near the green zone. He was taken from a heavily guarded caravan that was overwhelmed by simultaneous attacks from surrounding buildings, after the lead vehicle suffered a direct hit from an RPG and several IEDs were set off on either side of the road. It is clear that the attack was not coincidental, they had to have known both the route of the convoy and the value of it’s VIP to coordinate such a strike. A video was released last night of the official being held by masked men. They demanded that a number of American held Iraqi generals be exchanged for the UN official. They have set a deadline for the exchange, 1400hrs today, or they will execute the official. Seeing as they shot the wounded Americans in the convoy, we can easily assume they have every intention of following through with their threats. Fortunately the IP they used to post the video has been traced to a small warehouse and office complex on the outskirts of the city. Fly bys have confirmed heavy activity there that was previously unnoticed. Your unit of US Marines has been assigned to recover the VIP before the deadline, alive. You will be updated as to the situation and any other opportunities of value when you are on the ground.

Alpha: Iraqi Republican Guard
Bravo: US Marines

Mission 1:
Alpha: Hold the prisoner in the designated location until the time comes to execute him. If the infidels manage to take him to their LZ, recover him at all costs and bring him back.
Bravo: Find the location of the VIP  in or around the facility, eliminate hostiles, and get him back to the LZ to await the helo evac at 1400.

Mission 2:
Alpha: The infidels are attempting to recover documents of great importance to our cause. They are, for some unknown reason, spread all over the facility. We must prevent them from taking them from us!
Bravo: Intelligence reports came in that cite this facility as a possible WMD production facility, likely anthrax. There may be documentation in and around the facility, so we have been ordered to thoroughly search each and every room for any documentation that may be of value.

Mission 3:
Alpha: The American pig dogs have forced us out of the facility, but we know the locations of the anthrax hidden inside. We must recover them so that the Americans do not find them!
Bravo: We have taken the facility, but have been ordered to hold it pending further information. The Republican Guard is making an attempt to get back in, seemingly to recover multiple items. We have been ordered not to allow this.

Assigned medics, will be marked prior to mission starts
Thirty second heal, max two consecutive heals
Mandatory three minute bleed out, even if you are out of heals
Respawns will be clearly marked, as will boundaries
Bravo has odd channels, Alpha has even (As always, no going on enemy channels)
Bravo gets mission updates on chanel 3, Alpha gets them on channel 2
VIP  never bleeds out or respawns, he can be healed by either sides medics (60 seconds) when hit, he will call it, and will wait to be dragged by a live player of either faction or healed by a medic
VIP will be unarmed and will only move if ordered and while within 5 feet of a live player

Deadrags required during the day

Dress for one faction or the other per the rules, you mix faction camo, you don’t play

I think you should do this right and have a video camera with a taped confession by the NATO person with bright lights.  Maybe use one of Green Ninja's Cold Steel knives to behead him with.  Then cut the video in the weeks after wards and make some cool videos of the game.

As usual with my Ops, don't expect all the objectives to be simple or easy. Bring your A game and prepare for a challenge!

You need to set up a couple boom-boxes around the field during the night game with some awesome music playing.

This sounds like it's going to be a blast.  I wish I could go, but I'll have been up north for work all week and already have plans for that night.  Maybe next time...

I'm up for that, assuming the NATO dude is Henry and the Cold Steel blade is a katana.
