Operation Attrition

The Original Airfarm
Directions: Google Maps Link
Address: 470 Halfacre Road, Newberry, SC 29108

Saturday, February 5th
0900: Registration and chrono open $18 Field Fee ($25 field fee for those who come after registration/chrono closes at 1000, no exceptions)
1000: Briefing
1015: Game start
1330: Lunch break
1430: Second half
1740: Game ends

Map:
Bravo HQ - A6
Alpha HQ - C19
Capturable Respawns - A10, A13, K10
Control Points - B4, E10, I14

HQs will be the start points for their respective factions, and each faction may always respawn at their respective HQ. Capturable Respawns will have a flag/board that must be flipped to show ownership, if your faction owns it, you may respawn there. Capture them by flipping the flag/board to your faction's color. Remember, you are not invincible at respawn, you still have to be healed or wait to bleed out to respawn. You may get on comms while dead to ask if your team still controls a certain respawn point. Control Points may also be held by either team, but NO ONE MAY RESPAWN THERE. The objective is to hold as many Control Points and Capturable Respawns as possible. Capturable Respawns are worth 100 points at each scoring, Control Points are worth 125 points at each scoring. At some point during the listed scoring times below, I will check what faction controls every position and award the points to that faction.

Scoring times:
1050-1110
1150-1210
1310-1330

1520-1540
1620-1640
1720-1740

There will be a technical with an M60, it will take the side of whichever faction controlled the least positions at the most recent scoring. When tied, a coin will be flipped. Stay on comms and keep in touch with your CO so you know which side it is on at any given time, if you fire on it and it is on your side, the hits will still be called! The technical crew will stop playing during the scoring times in order to drive around and check them. We will have the same medic and respawn rules, two heals, and then a three minute bleedout. The only difference is that the technical crew will respawn in the technical.

Bravo:
CO:

Alpha:
CO:

-Thirty second heal, max two consecutive heals, all friendlies are medics
-Bravo has odd channels, Alpha has even (As always, no going on enemy channels)
-Deadrags required (it's been a rule for some time, there's no excuse when people give them away)
-All AOSC rules apply
-Bring a radio or you won’t know what is going on, this is a big field
-Bring plenty of cold weather clothes and gear
-Dress for one faction or the other per the rules, you mix faction camo, you don’t play
-Bring a change in case of misbalanced faction numbers
-Channel 1 is for admin, call me on channel 1 if you have any problems or questions at any time

The game details will be up at the latest tomorrow evening. I would suggest for thos who haven't played here should come. This is a very large field, and the more you know will help considerably at the SC GA game.

Got my USSR class that weekend. Gotta make that dough somehow.

By the sound of it some of Royal may go venture up, so itll be the first game they'll play without me. Lets see how they fare.  8)

Crap, I already have plans for that evening. I'll see what the game time is and I'll think about it. just a questions tho, is this the old airfarm where op24II was or is this the other one I've heard of?

Getting the details together.

There will be a technical which both factions will get to have on their side, the objectives will be to take and hold bases, there will be capturable respawns (yay, less walking), and there will be NEW structures!
