Start-11am
Lunch/Dinner- 5 pm- 7 pm

Looking forward to the details. I'm hoping this will be a full fledged zombie scenario, but my gut tells me it will simply be a "If someone on the Zombie team shoots you, you join the Zombie team" type thing. Really hope that's not the case, because I'd totally make the drive for this otherwise.
Of course, I don't blame you if it ends up being the latter. Traditional Zombie games are a hell of a challenge to plan for. The only somewhat successful one I've attended was Dead Dawn at Fort Prince a couple years back, and even that one had complications. (A zombie player actually got a gash in their head while tackling a survivor, because he hit his head on the survivor's ACOG scope. Wasn't pretty, not to mention the dude's RIS rail got bent up at a 45 degree angle.)
I have yet to play at the swamp, but I'm guessing it's mostly a woodsball environment. From my past experience, this spells disaster for the people playing traditional zombies. Hell, at Fort Prince it was hard for zombies to sneak up on players at night. Can't imagine how hard it'd be in open woods in broad daylight.

there is woodsball with forts, and a constructed village. theswampairsoftfield.com
i am assuming it will be a traditional game, i am not interested in playing zombies that carry guns.... then its just double cross op all over again with people crying about teams and whatnot.
but the zombie part i believe is the night part, and anyone not listening for groans and moans, you gonna have a bad day(night)

Hi guys,
Sorry I have been distracted by other Airsoft business.
We are currently working on final details for a move to a new field.
The current playing field just does not fit our future needs and battling the seems to be flooded field all the time, is getting real old....and before anyone says ...we do know it is a Swamp!!!!!
Current field just does not have the room or the owner backing to expand where I think we need to go.
We have been trying out a new field that is currently a paintball field. i have worked a deal with owners that give us a very nice size playing area to build a better CQB Village and it will be airsoft only as well.
With that said...The Zombie night portion will be run by MRM Airsoft, which I own...it is a proven game format that has been in play for 5 years running now.
Day section will be run by AOSC and AOSC rules will apply.
Night section will have special rules that will be posted and followed to the letter.
Details will be coming out very soon...intel is still being collected as to were RRH-S has moved the chemical weapon too, and what their plan with it is.

Was wondering why this game didn't have an AAR thread yet, then I saw the JULY 20th, not JUNE 20th. My whole team was wondering this same thing. Can't wait to go.

this is going to be awesome, i cant wait till you aosc guys see the new place. think welford meets redfox meets CDCW, but without the hills and the woods are very tightly packed.

Price: $25
Operation: Warlord Revenge was a great victory for the Warlord combined factions.
RRH-S leader was taken alive, but in confusion of moving the chemical weapon and taking the missile back to the their village, RRH-S got to their leader and freed him.
They now are regrouping to take the chemical weapons and missile back.
During the battle one attaching forces became contaminated, while trying to destroy the missile base and getting to the chemical storage cases.
The RRH-S base has not been found, and the Scientist escaped during the battle for the missile base.
After getting back to their village some of the attaching personal started acting strange and became ill.
Contact has been lost with the Village, the Warlord were asking for help with what is going wrong with their people from the Americans.
American Satellites will be coming into orbit very soon to see what is going on in the Village.
Intel will be released as it is confirmed.

Who's all planning on coming to this game? Just curious. Im out of town for work, but im flying backing in all the way from Portland, OR just for this game. Its looking to be a bad ass game.

New Intel from American satellites:
American satellites have taken video and pictures of the Warlords base.
It is unclear what they see as the visual communication has been tampered with.
Communications are not being received very well and there seems to be a lot of confusion in the transmissions from the village.
They are asking for help, but the Americans need more Intel before they proceed with dropping personal in.
They are considering conversations with RRH-S, which seems to have satellite phones.
RRH-S is still considered dangerous and not trustworthy, and they are believed to have the Scientist as well.
Chemical weapon beacon is showing that it is not with RRH-S, but exact location cannot be confirmed.
Next satellite pass will be within in a few days.
Price: $25 dollars
[*] Food will be cooked there for lunch
[*] Rentals are available. Contact Ron to reserve one.(Rentals will include an G&G M4, 2 mags filled, battery)
[*] WE will have bb's and gear, as well as other accessories. If you have a trade or sale going, this can be a great place to do that.
[*] Bring a flashlight for the night game!!!!
DAYTIME: Aosc rules will apply
NIGHTTIME: The swamp rules will apply. (360 fps max with .25) will be semi auto for safety reasonings. Flashlights will be mandatory. Glow sticks will be needed as well. You do not have to light them on when we start the night game.
