4 guys? Sounds like you already have a team. Don't take that as me putting you down; rather, you guys should come out to a game and make some friends. That could be a problem given that you're all 14 or younger, but if your parents are willing to come out as well there wouldn't be a problem.

this is some of the best advice you can get. most of the senior aosc teams started this way. the best thing is come out and start playing and meet people. you would be amazed at what you find and how much fun it can be
