Team USA

Let me first start by introducing ourselves.  We are Team USA (United Southern Airsoft).  We are based out of Greenville/Anderson area. The team was formed in early 2009 but just recently it has been revamped.  Most of our Members have 2+ years of experience with airsoft and before that, paintball.  We run a contractor style loadout (Alpha&Bravo).  We are also a traveling team.  For the past couple of months we have been in GA leaving our mark and our next stop is OH.  We also specialize in both CQB and outdoor type of play.  We all love and maybe are a little obsessed with the sport.  Not only are we friends on the battle field but we do hang out when we are off.

Now for the good part.  Team USA is actively recruiting at the moment.  All positions are open at the moment (Sniper, Rifleman, Grenadier, Support).  Also we would love to have anyone with specialized skills.  This would allow us to have a more dynamic team and open up non-traditional positions.  Lastly we have a special place in our hearts for snipers.  We have 3 on the team as of now, one of which is a true sniper.  If that is you then we would love to have you.  We don’t require experience but we do have regulations to promote the wellness of the team.

        1. Must be least 17 due to the fact that we are a traveling team.
        2. Must have both alpha and bravo loadouts. (Tan/Coyote Brown gear, OD green bottoms, Tan bottoms,Team USA shirt,Tan boots, Black/  OD green hat, OD green/Tan/Black Shemagh)
        3. Most attend all team practices unless there is an emergency
        4. Required to attend at least 4 local games a year.
        5. Required to attend at least 2 travel games a year.  Some GA games are included and some are not.
        6. All recruits are considered on a 2 game probation period.
        7. Most abide by all Team USA charter rules.

On a final note, a team is not as good as the skills of the individual players but by how those skills mesh together and become one entity.  That is why we have been so successful on the field.  Our small traveling squad of 8 has been up against teams with 15+ players and we have been the dominate force.  We are looking for players who can accept this concept and become part of the entity, Team USA.

[mod]Welcome to the Airsoft Organization of South Carolina! We are happy to have USA and it's members as part of our playerbase. If you have not already done so, please PM our Head Forum Administrator "SteevoLS" to set up a private team section just for USA members.[/mod]

BTW, what do you mean by "true sniper"?

That is just my way of saying that he tries to convey that role to the truest form as though he is an actual sniper not just playing airsoft.  It is very rare in airsoft to find a sniper who wants to be as true as he can be to that role.  As you know, most people love the concept of sniping but when it comes down to it they don't stick to it.  It is just my way of distinguishing that you have snipers and then you have those with a sniper rifle.
