Faded Giant 3 D.A.M. Team

Hello gents,
I'm going to be attending Faded Giant 3 this year and I'm really interested in doing a direct action mission and wanted to get a solid team together for it. I'm hoping to get a group of 6-10 guys to do it. I want to set up time beforehand to really get familiar with each othersnd learn to operate as a team smoothly. I'd love to get a really good system put together. It is a bit pricy so it's important to plan ahead. I'm looking for very serious players.
