If it's not airsoft related, then put it here.

First of all my GT is: Mister Cak
Recent Games:
I love BF 3 (online)
I love Skyrim (offline)
I think MW3 is not fun based on them addressing complaints the wrong way and messing up their maps making it easier to act like a noob and taking away players tactical edge. (which is why they did it, appealing to a more casual gamer)

Heres the SitRep:
Turn the xbox on, the screen is 100% white. No snow, just white. The orignial opening audio for the Xbox logo plays for 3 seconds then abruptly stops. I can open it, listen to the fan and the disk spin, but i never changes from the white screen adn no audio plays.
Your GPU is probably overheating, I know of a few solution so if you are still having this issue, lets try to get your system working.

Just like your Airsoft gun, your computers and xbox need stripped down and cleaned out regularly, A good time span is a normal warranty period which works out well being that when you pop open your case you void your warranty. I am truly sorry for the following caps, sorry guys.

ANYTIME YOU OPEN A COMPUTER, PHONE, TABLET, CONSOLE, OR ELECTRONIC DEVICE BEWARE OF "ESD", or Electrostatic Discharge. Basically your body holds a voltage that can be enough to fry computer equipment.
-10-30 volts can damage computer equipment but you can not see, feel, nor hear it
-1,500 volts and you can feel the shock
-6,000 volts and you can hear it
-8,000 volts and you can see it

(Cheap solution is to keep one hand grounded by touching the case with one hand, and handling all equipment from the sides never from the center) If you are working on friends computers you should have an esd bracelet or esd shoes.

So grab some compressed air and a vacuum
-pop open the case to your 360 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qaxIB6cXTYM
--Throw on your vacuum and dust with compressed air
---Remove the white plastic vent cover and dust here especially
----For your situation you may want to spend extra time on the disc reader too as that may be the problem if it is not your GPU (Graphics processing unit)

So I hope this helped and if not, maybe I can take a look at it sometime,
