So, who else is addicted to MineCraft?

If it's not airsoft related, then put it here.

You go to the Northern Province of Settler's Grove (The huge city NE of Spawn, just follow the road). There is a ladder entrance to the Grand Canal that leads to our city (Vegas) at coords -1027 79 396. Go down the ladder, hop in a boat, and ride it to the end. DO NOT relog while in a boat, or exit the boat, GO STRAIGHT THROUGH VOID CHUNKS.

We welcome the newest member to the city of Vegas on vanillacraft, Jon the pilot (vverner)

Veimos got directions, but he was AFK and I had to go before he came to town. I will be on a lot this weekend though, and tomorrow afternoon.

I was having fun exploring, died a few times. yada yada.  I DID however fine the canal to Vegas in North Province.  It had a few cubed chunks cut out of it.  What are those from?  It seems like a mod thing.

If Im not mistaken its a load failure, and you have to reload the world to get it properly, which means relogging, but it seemed I could just fly threw them in the boat.... Craziness of minecraft...

He is right, but read this:

I'd be down to join in with a city.

If I could find a good top-down view program of my crafting for Mac, I would show y'all. A simple screen grab just doesn't do it all justice. For now though, check it out. Nothing is ever truly "complete". Finishing the Fort some time today.

So far I've got a Fort (Spanish style with courtyard) and a large greenhouse. On the other end of my large green avenue, I will be building a Mayan-style temple with flowing lava.

Along the sides I will build other buildings, various towers, etc. My next large project is to recreate Monterrigioni from Assassin's Creed.

Most of you probably already know this but an alternative to coal is charcoal.

You can burn 8 logs(8 charcoal) from one coal. It has the same exact uses as coal but it is easier to mass produce.

Also, when I hold down f3 a bunch of stuff pops up. I know what everything means but what exactly is the little graph that slowly makes its way across the screen?

By the way, am I the only one that finds 3rd person mde distracting?
