It semi-worked on my friend's server, and the only reason it didn't work well was that it's not dedicated, so it only works when my friend isn't taking up his processor with a billion other things. It wasn't working for me, either with my DSL.

I am having issues getting on the Vanillcraft server since the new update. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am just hoping it is because they have to update the server.

Yeah if your server is using a mod such as runecraft or bukkit your server will probably be down until they update

Yeah, they should update it soon. I have to spend the next few days playing catch up with tech orders, but then I can jump back into the city. I'd love your help Slick, but no sense in you finding it without me there to show you what needs to be done. I will post here when I am back on.
