Re: AOSC GDT (General Discussion Thread)
Say what you want, think what you want, it won't change the fact that AJAX will do what we want, when we want, including roll the ____ over you.

fine print: sometimes I'm serious and post middle of the ground statements based on logic, other times I will post something absurd just to point out the sheer lunacy of someone's opinion. Other times I may post something directed specifically at another forum member just to be a smartass. Don't take it personally, it's all in good fun.

Anyone got some extra deans?
Re: AOSC GDT (General Discussion Thread)

I don't always use connectors, but when I do, I use XT60s.

Well, it seems I am going to do the NROTC with Marine option route, and go in as a USMC Aviator. Extremely excited.

Re: AOSC GDT (General Discussion Thread)
I have been to almost every airshow at Charleston AFB since the mid to late 70's. This year was TOPS! It even started off in grander fashion than usual with the opening skydiver this year having a HUGE America flag compared to previous shows I have been to here and elsewhere.
The Geico Skytypers wrote big azz messages. The first message looked kind of circular/concave from the audience perspective, and when it started moving with the wind, it was surreal. Seemed like the sky was on tripping on LSD!

Tora Tora Tora was freakin awesome!
http://www.toratoratora.com/home.html
They had eight replica Japanese planes CONTINUOUSLY doing the mock bombing runs with explosions, and I mean the runs were constant. For me, this was the best performance I have ever seen.
The mock Doolittle's Raid had not just one, but two B-25's.
The mock Battle of Midway had two Corsairs, a Dauntless, and an Avenger, as well as two mock Zero's (really Texans of course).
The A-10 performance was cool like always.
The Aerostars were excellent. This was my first time seeing them.

The Greg Poe aerobatic plane was nice. The plane is impressively maneuverable, but I prefer larger planes that seem to have a more visual impact, at least to me anyways.

The F-15E Strike Eagle did its usual amazing performance.
There were a couple of heritage flights pairing a C-47 with a C-17, a P-51 with a T-45 Goshawk, and the same P-51 with the F-15 and A-10.
The Thunderbirds closed the show. Don't get me wrong because I think the Thunderbirds are great, but I still think the best team performance I have seen was the British Red Arrows. Maybe it is because the Red Arrows had eight planes as opposed to the Tbirds six. Plus today after the Tora Tora Tora show, anything else would be seem anti-climatic to me.
Since I stayed after it ended, I got to watch a V-22 Osprey take off which is something I had not seen before.

The only way I would ever buy one is if it came with an acog, silencer, mag clamps, a real peq box, lipo ready, 11.1 lipo, and a vertical grip...
I'm bot a big fan of augs except for the augA3 and the aug para.
And matt, I have a really good idea for our video.

Anyone have extra smoke grenades? Like the firework store ones that I could buy?
