Heck lets try the raid. Alpha controls the building/village/whatever. The two officials must be eliminated. Bravo must take out all resistance with minimum deaths and Alpha must take out the Bravo forces and hold out for a period of time as the two officials are smuggled out of the building. Make it a challenge, the team who eliminates the two officials, exits the field with the body of the main official, and has the least deaths wins the match. Award points for things done right and objectives completed, subtract for deaths and people left behind. The scenario is played out within 1hr limit. So like 5-7 runs in a day. Medic rules are cut down to one medic per 4 players and only one medic heal.

EDIT: And Alpha has to eliminate all of the Bravo forces, if done they win the match and the team gets a score of 0.

And I assume that the teams would be taking turns playing each side of the game?
