Well, I have been promised the GM position shortly, so I am going to make a career of my current job. I am not going to put in the work to build a fulltime storefront airsoft store if I am not going to be able to run it.

Or do like my dad's business. Someone else has ownership in their name, but let's my dad run it as he has. Just find someone you know who would put in the effort and make them general manager or whatever. Then you have your career and maintain the airsoft store on the side.
