It is decent.  You need a GT of 110 to do anything you want in the Army.  Not sure what you need to do what you want in the Navy.

When I took the ASVAB the highest you could get was a 99.  They intentionally did not allow 100s.  Not sure why.

He said GT score you are talking about overall score.

How fast can you run 5 miles?

That was the overall score.  Individual groups can up to 130.

Scored an 89 on mine.  Still not sure how I pulled that off. XD

Though, if you're having trouble finding information about the MOS (No clue what they call it outside the Army, if there's any change at all) you're looking at, you could always talk to a recruiter.  In my experience, they're not the devious, lying assholes that a lot of people say they are...

I talked to a recruiter at school and they said over 50 is above average.

@canttype - Not sure I can do 5K in about 18 mins though, and miles roughly around high 4s...so 4:50 etc..

K here is what I am seeing.

Make sure you meet these physical requirements.  If not get working on them.
https://www.netc.navy.mil/nascweb/aeats/arss/arss_physical.htm

One of the qualifications is to pass the flight physical.    implication = color blind? good vision?

Match the letters with the list of jobs you would be interested in and see what jobs you qualify for:
Navy: AD, AM, AT, AE, AO, AW, PR (from this site https://www.netc.navy.mil/nascweb/aeats/arss/arss_overview.htm )

Above letters decoded here: (the A's stand for Aviation, but doesnt mean pilot)

biggest DQ's are vision and colorblindness.

Are you 20/20 or correctable to?

Can you see these numbers?
