Help DW with his Statistics Project!

I am currently taking statistics, and we are required to complete a study as a final project. I'm doing a study evaluating how prepared students are for an emergency situation. I need participants to respond to a three question survey. Yes, I understand that posting the survey here will bias the data, but the teacher has given us a very limited amount of time, and I need as many participants as I can get. All participants are supposed to be students, but if you aren't a student and you take the survey, I will not know; and I'll have more data points, so go for it. This is a high school stats project; if the results are a bit skewed, it doesn't make much of a difference. I understand that a three question survey is not very extensive, but nobody would actually take the time to take the survey if it was much longer.

Here is the link:

Thanks for your help, guys. I'll post the results up when I finish. :)

EDIT: Results are in.

I was thinking it was going to be a lot longer than three questions.
