hey guys just wanted to post this up for yall's viewing pleasure and so you can stay informed.  a very good friend of mine is a investigative reporter for the south carolina policy counsel which is a non profit group that monitors state and local government spending.  He used to be the news editor for the Free Times and the scpc recruited him to build a internet website for sc residents to view the top stories on how our goverment spends money.  the site just went up this week here is the address
