No, Spurrier is putting together his old 1997 Florida Gator national champion team. Carolina didn't get lucky; they literally spanked Clemson that day. Given benefit of the doubt, Parker sucks as a QB and Clemson should be ashamed for starting him. The Clemson offensive line crumbled under Eric Norwood's feet. Dabo Sweeney's trick plays didn't work this year. Spurrier has Clemson's number.

I'm a fan of Clemson Engineering. I could care less about our football team.

I'm assuming thats a comment directed at me, I suppose we'll see.

I'm certainly surprised to see Dabo still has his job after that game. But, Spurrier has alot of experience with putting together a team thats hard to deal with. Dabo can just.....run trick plays...

Given the coach prestige and experience. Spurrier is the over all better coach. Stats prove this.

South Carolina's player recruitment program has gotten better thanks to Spurrier, and not to mention with Laine *jerk* Kiffin going back to So cal, Some players will be looking in South Carolina's direction because of Spurriers experience.

South Carolina isn't my team, Ohio State is, But when it comes to local teams, South  Carolina and LSU kthnxbai.

I always seem to hear clemson fans talk about the past and how South carolina has always lost....Well yea, Clemson had the better recruiting program. This explains why Clemson was the more victorious team, But I'm rather antsy to see how this coming college season rolls out.

I just call em like me see em.

I have to agree even though I am from Michigan and, therefore, a University of Michigan Fan.

I understand completely Red, I am a convert from the dark (garnet and black) side myself.  Once I understood football, I made my conversion.  Football gives us great rivalries, and I think that the Clemson-USC rivalry is one of the best.
Yes I have taken my shoes off during games.  Yes I have 2 of the same guns. No I am not a little boy...I am in fact female, so don't say "kill the little kid".  No Tanker and I aren't married...yet. Does that dispel all the myths about me? LOL

This is very true. Clemson and South Carolina games are some of the biggest in the East.
