i ordered a new hop up for my g-3 from aex and paid an extra 25 dollars for 3 day shiping. they wound up sending it ground instead of 3 day and it took almost 2 weeks to get it but they did refund my 25 dollars and gave me free shipping which i thought was cool. all in all i'm pleased with the customer service and will order from them again.

I recently ordered 3 G&G M4 hi-caps from AEX. It stated they were in stock. After my ordre had been processed I was informed that they only had 1 and that the rest would have to be back ordered and I should get them in 2-3 weeks. If you only have 1 maybe you shouldn't really say it is in stock...

So after waiting 3 weeks and hearing nothing from AEX I finally emailed them and they said they had no idea when they would be getting G&G hi-caps in. I asked them for a refund which they did, but I'm not too happy about waiting a month for mags and still not having them.

Just ordered a MICH 2000 helmet with NVG mount and rails yesterday and got the email saying it shipped today. Perty good service imo
