An M14 is not a sniper rifle, so will not qualify.  You can use it as a sniper rifle, but you cannot reload in the field.  FPS is what will determine MEDs.

will there be any eavesdropping if you learn a comm channel from an 'interrogated prisoner'?

I hope I can make it to this game!

If I go, will someone be able to lend me a M4/M16? I don't have a gun at all

There will definitely be a chrono at the game.

Bolt action guns are the only ones that can reload anywhere. Also, listening in on the other factions' channels is prohibited, and is a quick way to get kicked off the field.

Sorry, I've been sick in bed for nearly a week, hence my absence.

Will most likely be coming to this game. Probably rolling with the USC team. Question about arrival time. Is the briefing and chrono at 9:00 am mandatory?

Correction, the briefing referred to is the safety and rule briefing, and it IS mandatory. If for some reason you have no choice but to come to the game late, go to the staging area and find the field owner. He will chrono you, have you sign the waiver and pay, and give you the briefing.

*DO NOT show up late and just walk onto the field and start playing. If you are going to be late, PM Garrett (The hosting Game Coordinator and Rep) and inform him so that he can assist you.

What are bunker tag rules? if we have a rocket fired from an M203, is there extended bunker tag?

I have already spoken to Garrett about rockets etc., and as it currently stands there will be no special considerations for any projectiles other than BBs. Unless you accept a safety kill, are stealth killed, or are shot in some manner by a BB, you are not dead.

In other words, no "bunker tags" or "area affect damage" of any kind.

The field owner called me today, and they will have food available at the game. Looks like hot dogs, and  hamburgers for lunch time, and bbq sandwiches in the evening. Along with soft drinks, Gatorade, and the usual chips and such. You will need to sign up for whatever food you wish to get Saturday morning. More details to come along with prices tomorrow.
