I know what you mean.  Especially for people who use midcaps, its just unfair.

It is quite a bit of overkill carrying 2500rnds for your ak, but they arent using something that isnt available in RL.  just breaks down to preference, and whether or not you can actually aim

I just don't like all that extra weight to carry around 5,000rds.  I normally run around with 1 high cap for back up and 5-6 mids.

right now i only run hi caps, been thinkng of getting some mid caps.  whats the advantage?  aside from not having to wind a gear?

- You don't rattle when you walk

- You have mags that can be used in a milsim game that requires them

- Slightly more realistic, just can't have a happy trigger finger or spray and pray a lot.

I just like them for the challenge they provide the shooter, you need to be more precise with every shot you take.

Then you should probably stick to high caps, especially if you are going to be moving with a bunch of people.  I might even bring all my high caps to this game cause it could turn into a stalemate quickly.

i got 4 470-rnd hi caps, so im hauling a quite a bit of ammo.  plus i usually bring another bag with me, just incase.  

and if thing get real bad, 2 of my teammates have g36s too, so between us we have like 10 mags to pass around

Ya me and my team do the same general thing, we try to keep M16's and SCARs so if we run low we can always fight our way back to the cars.

Once my whole team has a good amount of mid caps we will need someone to run around with a bunch of ammo.  Does anyone know what type of camo SC is?

Not yet, Pie.. Robin said it woudl be posted up on the 1st... so it'll be a LONG day on Monday until that is posted for me... Just hope I'll get to use the DesPat I just ordered  at the 2 games we're planning to hit soon.

Ya me too going out to buy an Alpha load out just for this game doesn't sound too good to me, especially right after i just got an EOTech clone.  I wish $5,000 would fall into my hands.

im in the same boat if we are bravo.  gonna have to etiher by a full desert load out, or go PMC.  at least my gear can still be green.  dont have the money to shell out for another chest rig and leg drop

Not really a problem for me but my friends will have to run around and take pictures all day
