Splat I don't think you are blowing hot air. I have talked to Dom and PM'd with Gypsy yesterday and today.  I think you hit the nail on the head.  Gypsy was pissed that Dom didn't accept his safety kill(even though he did not have LOS on Dom as acknowledged by Heeb later on and after that I don't think it would have mattered what Dom said, because Gypsy thought Dom was cheating by not accepting the safety kill and I'm pretty sure that is why he just left the Alpha HQ.

I think enough people can vouch that each of these players is an honorable player.  I have never had any issues with dom on the field. Dom always calls his hits(I know this because I seem to get more kills on Dom than anyone else).  I also know that a team as respected as Recondo wouldn't have someone on the team that is a cheater.
You name a game, I've been to it.

If I've banned you, then you have more than likely deserved it.

If I deleted a post it didn't need to be there or I simply didn't like it.

Before, I posted why I think he may have done what he did, but now I am going to post what I saw happen.

I was sitting by the wall next to a few other people who were guarding the front of the base. After a few minutes, I hear a Bravo guy saying "safety kill". He said, all of you are dead, take out your glow sticks. All of the guards including me took out our glow sticks. He then proceeded to demand that we take the mags out of our weapons. Somebody asked why, and he said "Because you are dead. Take out your mags." Since nowhere in the rules did it say dead people had to disarm their weapons, I did not remove my mag, and he didn't seen to care. Maybe he didn't even notice. Then Dom started explaining to him that in order to safety kill somebody, they had to be in his line of fire. The Bravo guy was being very disrespectful. They argued until another Bravo guy came up and made a valid safety kill on Dom. The two Bravo walked to the front of the base. After about a minute, an Alpha soldier came up from behind and stealth killed both of them. A medic arrived, and healed us. He then proceeded to capture the two bravo players. Both of them started running away. Three of us, including me, chased them. One stopped, the other kept going. The one that stopped went back to HQ with us and told us who his teammate was. He also explained that he ran because his teammate told him to. Dom let him keep playing, but immediately radioed Garrett and had the guy that ran away (at this point we knew he was Gypsy) removed from play.

Alright, now that I'm able too...

Dom sent Ironfox into the woods next to Alpha HQ to stop any bravo trying to sneak up on the base.  After about 20 minutes 2 bravo's came up on us.  We exchanged some BB's and they ran off in the direction of the HQ.  Since it was quite dark we were not able to follow them, so I went off in the general direction of the bravo's and the rest of Ironfox went to reinforce the respawn down by the creek.
I was able to follow them by the occasional glint of green from their NVG's.  They eventually reached the edge of the woodline outside the Alpha HQ and stopped, so I stopped.  They then proceeded into the base with quite a bit of haste, and did all the safety kills.  I was at the woodline by then and saw what I guess was an argument between a bravo and Dom, then another bravo came around and safety killed him.  At that time I got up and ran toward the base, the bravo's were just exiting the base.  I raised my rifle, aimed fired on semi, and hit them.
When I got to the base I healed a medic and then healed Dom.  Then I went to capture the bravo's, and when I got to Gypsy ( I wouldn't have mind to keep the player anonymous, but since his call sign has already been put out) I started to count to 30.  He asked me if I was healing him, I said, "yes."  He asked again and I said, "yes," again.  Once I was done he brought up his weapon said, "Safety kill!"  Then he said to the other bravo and they ran off.  I turned and looked at Dom confused and asked if that was against the rules.  Dom, some more alpha, and I then chased them down and kill them again.
Dom started to talking to Gypsy, so I went to Heeb and healed him... again.  After I healed him Gypsy and Dom were getting quite animated so I held off from getting close to Gypsy to heal him.  After they had cooled down I went to capture Gypsy, but when I started counting he too started counting but down from 10.  Once he reached 0 he called me retarded for not coming and healing him earlier.  Dom then asked if he was not going to obey the rules, he then told Dom to F-off and walked away.  Heeb told us his call sign and we called it in.

I'm sure he is a great guy but he plain and simple broke the rules.  This situation is done and over with. We can continue fussing over it, but we would wind up nowhere.  Gypsy has gotten his punishment and when and if he decides to come down to another AOSC game he will know the rules.
