If you make slits on the grill I doubt any BBs that came in would damage the radiator.

You can buy some cooling fans from your local off-road aftermarket store. They hook up directly to your battery, and since you won't be doing any crazy driving, some duck tape, screws, or a few welds will hold them in place ;)

Never thought about fans is it a large drain on the battery? i really need to see how big of a issue it is on the engine before i add anything else. We may add slits later if it becomes a problem.

That depends on the size of the fan and the output of your alternator.  Otherwise, it isn't going to cause any problem adding another fan.

Why not add a few layers of nylon screen over the grill area. I have used nylon screen that can hold a 420fps bb from 2 feet. Wouldn't suggest that for eye protection of course, but it will help out for the radiator.

Wow that thing is ugly! But looks don't matter when you see the entire other team diving for cover!

Update on turret

Here you can see the elevation system, very accurate but at the cost of pointblank shots

Front turret armor

The seat assembly very happy the way this turned out can be moved on brackets and makes the turret easer to turn

Top hatch with port hole if things got bad, and viewing window

Next update will be ammo and inside, maybe next week stay tuned

Dude the turret seems so IDK... Open.  :-X

You may notice in his most recent post (the pics just above) that the turret is being fully enclosed in armor, including a hatch on the top. Hence, it is not at all "open"...

i would leave the turret open or use some kind of mesh, less you want your gunner to get baked in the "bad" way!!!!
When you definitely need it killed overnight...
