Not sure. My guess would be SEALs since they have the ability to use non-standard issue equipment. i.e. Multicam gear, MARPAT CRYE wear and last I heard most formal units were still wearing MICH 2000 not the 2001. Although I had read that MARSOC was getting to try out the SCAR-H.
