Aye Garrett, Tank, Rayne, Spyder and friends..

I found this on the NCAA website.. One of our small assaults was acknowledged..

A shout out to the enemy: I dont know who this guy was but. On day two, early in the game I was holed up in the south bunker at Alpha Base. I had a saw gunner in the west bunker and about five guys in the trench between. You started at the top of the hill near B7 and worked your way toward us. When i could see you, I'd fire my gun from over my head while looking through a small hole under it (I cant swear to hitting you though). You had a bead on the north side of my bunker and every time one of my guys tried to join me there you killed them. 4 total. You moved with stealth and changed positions often. We mowed the area you were taunting us from "You cant kill what you cant see" is what you told us and none of us could see you. I dont know what happened to you but if you are honest than you my friend are AWESOME.

This makes me happy....and hes right...."you cant kill what you cant see" and we kept the poor boys inside Alpha guessing all day long....Optik, Garrett, Tanker, Crazy, Rayne, Raymond, and Aaron...I had a blast and i wouldnt have wanted anybody else at my back...Great show of talent from SC.

yeah, man to brief anyone who doesnt know..

We wanted to take Alpha base, we heard it was held by the enemy, might have been the last one they held.. we we make are way down.. We scanned the area for a while.. Bunker dead ahead, bunker with a cannon off to the left and back, far, but they could reach, us as well.. Trenches to the right and up and lots of cover for them.. We where in the general area a while but this is where we found the consentration of power.. We stalked and positioned from tree to tree along the road.. Rayne posted up on a tree so he could get long range on the bunker.. He covered as I jumped the road down a hill about 4 or 5 feet, landed behind a tree.. I started taking fire from the left cannon bunker.. I returned fire.. I also took straight ahead fire.. Im thinking if I can get to the log barricade I will have good position on them, but no telling what was left and right.. so I went back up the hill.. Told Tanker that the tree I was at had good position on both bunkers, just be careful, he had to guard long range left and bunker front.. Rayne kept positionb on the tree he was at If I remember correct. Garrett and company was still on high ground scanning and probably shooting singles ( correct if wrong ).. I made my way down behind Tank.. He was hit, I stayed at that position till he came back. From there I dumb dashed across the little creek and was belly down behind my faithful tree.. This is where alot went down.. from bursts to single shots that where I was stuck.. no turning back now.. Rayne, Garrett and company took far right of us.. I dont know what they encountered in numbers, I could only hear.. We held it down a long time with full intentions of taking that base.. After a while Garrett and Rayne were hit.. We all decided to pull out, make are way to Sim City, take the City back so we could free are Tanks for a return assault. We took the City and by the time we made it back to Alpha it was already under Nato control..

Anything I missed please feel free to add.. And please, write about what you experienced that day, I know we have some nice stories, I have a few more that stick out I will speak on later..

See ya later..

After returning from camp to rearm, I realized that my squad had moved from their previous position at the border of SIM. After asking around the remaining soldiers and radioing command as to the whereabouts of my unit I decided to head toward Hamburger Hill (i heard reports of heavy fighting there and if I know my boys then thats where I would find them.) As I started down the road, I encountered fellow squad member Tanker who also had been split from the squad during the intense fighting in SIM. As we made our way to H.H. we picked up another alpha fighter. We now had enough to try and fight our way through the woodlands to our target location. As we began, I took point with tanker approximately 20 yrds. to my rear and our unknown recruit 10yrds. behind him. As I cut through the woods, I kept a swift pace and made sure to keep my eyes sweeping the treeline in front of me. As I was approaching the hillside directly below base alpha, I stopped. The outline of a combatant head and rife was roughly 10yrds ahead of me. As I wasnt sure of the affiliation of the soldier I called our sharply "ID!" As I saw the fear strike into the face of the Bravo soldier, I lifted my M16 into my shoulder and fired a quick burst into the eyes and neck of the tango. "HIT" signaled the end of our brief dual and it was time to regroup. As tanker and company converged on my position, we heard a dull thunder in the near future as an enemy tank battalion rolled straight toward us. As they were rounding the bend, we dove down the hill and into cover as quickly and quietly as we could. As the thunder grew ever louder, we held to our breath and rifles as tho they were equally important. Then....silence. They convoy stopped and the drivers emerged from their steel chariots to check the route. Upon realizing that their current route was a dead end they proceeded to turn around and head back up the road to H.H. All this probably took 5 min. but when your breath is slowed to a minimum and your heart is working like an engine it feels like forever. Anyway as soon as the tanks were out of sight, we darted across the road and stealthily approached our target....Hamburger Hill. We crept along the outskirts of the base and took position behind a small building to the Northwest of the main fort. The tanks were out front of the base and the place contained 5-6 Warsaw fighters.  As we waited patiently for the tanks to roll, I kept my sweaty finger on the trigger and a bravo gunner in my sights at all times. Waiting for tanker to give the word, we laid in wait for our prey. As they began on the road toward us I realized that we didnt have much time; if we were gonna smoke them, we were gonna do it now. Just as I was about to give the order to "take 'em", Tanker emerges from behind our haven, carbine raised, and barrel blazing. The enemy forces had been eliminated without ever even raising their weapons.

Great time stalking bravo with all those who participated. Intense moments to come. Spyder OUT.

Day 1

I was with Raymond and 3rd0ptik at the time as we were at the bottom of hamburger hill, which I believe was Alpha.  I saw the vast numbers and decided to go back to H.H to tell Preacher about the number of enemies.  On my way up there I encountered two alpha sitting inside a bunker.  We chatted for a bit, I guess Preacher went back to Sim City or somewhere else.  I heard the rolling of the tanks wheels and me and my fellow alpha teammates quickly ran and gained some cover.  I hid in a ditch on the right side of the road and the other two alpha directly across from me.  The tank came rumbling by and cut its engine unknowingly to us...The other two alpha stood up and looked to me as if it was safe to get up, they slowly starting creeping towards me when I heard their screams as they were hit by a barrage of BBs from a minigun.  The tank fired on me but I was low enough so they bbs just barely missed me...Was a scary moment.
