I know I don't have any right to speak out about this, as I wasn't there, but if what I heard about Alpha camping at Bravo's HQ for the last couple hours of the game is true, that might be something you want to remedy in the future.  Games shouldn't be about winning at all costs, they should be about playing and having fun.  And since people are paying to play, they should be able to get their money's worth out of the game.

Just saying.

WOW what a game this had been. I cannot believe i stayed awake for all 24 hours. I was ready to give up a few times but diesel kept me going. So many memorable moments throughout the day and mainly the night. I swear i have never played/Got so many kills in a single game. I guess i will go to shout outs.

Diesel- Your the man. I greatly enjoyed working with you, especially during the night game. And thanks again for the coffee, that truly saved me from almost skipping out the rest of the night.
Blackghost- Incredible time working with you especially when we were trying to recapture diesel.
Big Man- The medic who saved the OP
Smitty- i do believe that is the first time i have worked beside you in a squad. It was great finally being able to work with you.
Veimos, Clutch, Smoke, and chad- great meeting most of yall and being able to hold down that creek for a good 30 min. after the rest of the team died.

Cons: Too big a field for a small amount of people
        Bravo heavily outnumbered
          Disorganized at first
The medic card crap (like we were already hindered enough by numbers)
The easy to takeover bravo base compared to the impossible alpha base
          No Briefing

Memorable moments:
8 safety kills at 1 time. YES 8 AT ONE TIME :o :o :o
12 safety kills overall
went from 0430-0830 without firing a shot and got those 8 kills by safety kills
Shooting Smitty before Alpha could transport him and earn points
And Holding Alpha base for the last 2 hours of the game.
Overall Just the great mood of the game.

I may add more but i believe i got everything so i will leave you with this.

Alpha definitely won the war
but Bravo definitely the Battles.
I would list all the games I've been to but...I've been to almost every game since December 2007.

To any bravo who didn't liki us holding your base, that was an ambush set up to trap smitty once he returned from our base, not a way of keeping players from spawning. When we passed the O4 spawn on the way back to our base there was no one there. Any live bravo could have flipped it for you guys.

This game was pretty awesome. The field set-up made for some hard battles, which were a lot of fun. I think my favorite part of the day was when Dom and I (and a mixed assortment of Aircross and GRAVE, can't remember all of them) snuck around behind the R-10 spawn point killed all the Bravos there, and took the spawn,

Just so you guys really know. Bravo was only outnumbered by 4 or 5 at the start of the game. The numbers really didn't come into play till around 1900 hrs.

Boundry line were an issue here though, and that is being taken care of this afternoon.

Mojo, on behalf of United Front, we very much appreciate the kind words, but we really did nothing alone. Aircross backed us up a couple times during the night and Iron Fox ran with us a ton during the op. Alpha worked as a team and everyone played well. We definitely loved the warn reception we got with this having been our first AOSC game. You and Dom gave us a shot up there having no way of knowing if we could fight at all. We even talked to some bravo guys who were just awesome. You have an awesome organization up there.

Glad to hear about the boundary issue being cleared up.  Just so that alpha knows, when you say "the right side is out of play!"  We naturally assumed that you are referring to the creek side of the area, since that was on our right.  We hadn't been camping in your HQ the night before to learn about the area and fortify it.

The initial Bravo count included 24 people, including 4 alphas who did not find our HQ until the game had been on for an hour, and 2 players who were having gun issues at the parking lot for about 30 minutes (and then needed another 20 minutes to actually find us), meaning our initial attacking force (and largest single Bravo movement) was 18 strong.  I was under the impression that alpha had a starting force of about 38 players (34 after those few left).  I'm not trying to whine or anything, I'm just a little proud of how well we played, rule misunderstandings notwithstanding, and I did not want that to be made light of.

By lunch, players starting arriving and leaving due to the usual array of morning work schedules, gun failure (the dust around Bravo HQ was horrible because of that field right by the HQ, it got into EVERYTHING during the day and turned into mud overnight), and exhaustion.

I actually liked being outnumbered, because each player knew it and played smart for the whole time because of it.

Kudos to alpha for being able to field such a large force and KEEP it for the full game.  Thanks for making this game such a satisfying loss.

Hey guys. Had an absolutely great time..I can't wait for the next 24 hour game. :) To Alpha: Good job on the win..you guys had your crap together from the start. Bravo-great job taking everything in stride and continually pushing. To WAR: it was a blast running with you guys as always. BG, Gods Eagle-getting to push on Alpha base with you guys at night was awesome..we'll have to do it again sometime. Smitty: Good job coordinating Bravo with the limited intel. Garrett: Good game overall..I would love to play this field again..it was insane. To anyone I left out...it was great shooting with you/at you.

Great game overall..lots of good times to be had...even though I finally had to lay down around 5 am. Next time, I'll make it the full 24  8)

in my 20 months of playing airsoft this is the second event that i have been to where alpha worked together as a team and played really well.  the first being white noise I.  there was good comunication this time on the radios which has been a weakness for alpha in the past.  good job on squads following orders even when it meant you werent going to have much fun.  oh and btw smitty alpha had 31 players at the start of the game.  i wish the teams were more evened.  the night game would have definately been more challengeing and fun if bravo had the same numbers we did but kudos to smitty to the excellent job he did being outnumbered.

I honestly think that I had as much fun off the field as I did on it. I learned some stuff and meat a lot of awesome people. And nothing beats cold chicken on the back of Diesel's truck.

To Alpha: If you don't remember me than you weren't at Bravo base this morning. CO it was fun. If you were an Alpha you probably shot me this morning.

To All:When in a situation where there is no way out just: respawn and shoot Alpha CO; respawn and throw bbs at Alpha CO; respawn and take Alpha CO with a sword; walk down the road and pick a fight with a dead Bravo and beat each other with sticks "I won"; respawn, take the Nerf battle ax and hit someone; and of course the ending to all those is GET SHOT by ALPA!!

Thanks guys.

yea i really enjoyed that red bone it was the only time i got to shoot my pistol and see a little bit of action since i was in alpha hg almost the entire game

Yeah, I led that group into the trap... We only had six though. After seeing only like... two people guarding bravo HQ, I honestly thought we'd have a cakewalk to the point at K15. Guess we saw how that turned out. You guys definitely used that to your advantage. All I remember before I died was looking up from the trail to see two figures crouching on each side, and thinking, "What are the odds of this!?" :P

To clarify my question though, I wasn't sure if an individual safety kill had to be called for each individual or not, (Which I later learned was not necessary.) but after reading this I'm pretty glad that I let it go... :o

You were right. There was only 2 defending the base when you attacked, cause Chad and I was making coffee. The 4 that you ran into was the 4 from the base. When we left, we never went back. And yes I am glad you all called it. Me and Smitty was in the woodline, and I know ya'll didn't know we were there, but it was still fun.

I feel bad bravo was outnumbered, but I want to give props where there due.. The small pockets of resistance we ran into caused alot of trouble, even if only 2 or 3, you guys made it seem there where alot more of you.. And it was work getting through, and in my mind, it was " whats around this corner". I never felt we out numbered you. Probably because Aircross rolled together, maye 6 or 7 and 2 or 3 well placed fighters could cause trouble for us.

At night going down the trail, when one of our alpha guys was in front of us throwing the smoke, ( sorry for the friendly fire ). We encountered a DMR and a Sniper. I swear that sniper sounded like he was right in front of me.. MAD PROPS to Crazy for backing them down. This guy Crazy doesnt need to SEE!! He would hear a noise aim and POW! HIT.. Amazing skills Crazy, this is the first game Ive actually stayed close to you and I felt you were very important in keeping us safe and allowing us to move forward..

Sorry the turnout was small, we expected more than the last ( 125 or so ).. Next time lets get the word out.. I am all for the Veitnam game.. Garrett see what Robert thinks, and if its a win win for everyone, set it up..
