If you mean grenades, I don't think so. At Domino, apparently there were a couple fires. The field owner doesn't allow it anymore.

No smoke or fireworks from any players. Sorry, field rules.

It's a spring-loaded Claymore made out of a spring-loaded party popper. I saw the idea from 3rd's video, and I wanted to make one this weekend to see how well it works.

As long as there's no ignition, I wouldn't see a problem with it.  About 5 or so years ago Mark Schreiber (SCAA's Pappy) brought a couple and did a demonstration.  There weren't any problems since it was just a spring loaded claymore.  Party poppers (pull-string activated right?) aren't really that different, and have been used as booby traps before.  If it were me I'd just go for it.

These use a spinning mechanism with a pin in the middle. Line up the slot when you spin the wheel on the bottom and it goes off. http://www.southcarolinaairsoft.com/forums/http://www.southcarolinaairsoft.com/newforums/viewtopic.php?t=8 is where I got it from. If anything, I'll just bring one, and show you guys.

These are ok as long as they are not at stairs and the line gives when touched to avoid tripping. 3rds mines work very well. If you plan on using a special weapon like an rpg or claymore please see me before the game,

By give, you mean break? Or bend easily?

It needs to function as a trigger for the mine, not to actually trip people. I make my tripwires out of ~15lb fishing line, and make sure they aren't mounted too high off the ground. You just don't want anybody to be hurt by the tripline itself.

We will test it out before the game, maybe in the car.  We need some random video footage anyways for a French Project on how not recycling will destroy the world.  Very random but true.

ROYAL is bringing 6 people for Bravo.
