I don't live in a central area for most of the airsofters in SC to get to work on their guns. But as we grow in numbers in the MB area I'm sure I will gain more knowledge and experience. I apologize for what I had written here earlier, as it wasn't that appropriate and was in response to, what  seemed to me, a personal attack on my limited tech experience.

But here is what I am talking about straight from KWA:
That wasn't directed at you, sorry if it seemed to have been. I think you have learned a great deal so far and I didn't take offense from anything you said and certainly didn't mean to slight you, that was in response to a prior post. I respect that you are learning and are putting in a lot of effort to work on guns and teach yourself and gain from others' experience.

Smokw, I have 6 guns and am pretty much only using the KWA's so you don't have to convert me. ;)
You name a game, I've been to it.

If I've banned you, then you have more than likely deserved it.

If I deleted a post it didn't need to be there or I simply didn't like it.

Yeah, because an M130's power with a 6.01mm has everything to do with the manufacturer

Id bet it settles to about 470 give or take 5 fps

Guarder m130= aprox. 450 fps with edgi 6.01 tightbore = aprox. 20 to 30 fps.= 470-480
which in my book is close to 500 fps  :D

M130 (except for Madbull) fires a .20 at ~430 FPS, and even if you got a great 30 FPS boost from the 6.01mm you'd still be well below 500 FPS.

Unless you got one with KWA's 0.5 cylinder and something other then the stock KWA equivalent M110 spring, you would be shooting at 350 or below. Granted KWA has outstanding compression, the SR5 and SR7 have the same exact gearbox even the same KWA equivalent M110 and should be shooting at 350ish. I don't know what TBB you've got in there, but I've never heard of a jump of 30 FPS with just a TBB.

M100 + good compression and spacers (bb guide rod or piston head act as spacers) PLUS a TBB and a good seal in the chamber add up to... about 380 FPS.

Wow!

Agreed, 30 FPS is very optimistic, but I figured I'd give him the benefit of the doubt with the numbers.

Oh I'm sorry, I forgot what this thread is about.
