We always play through the rain.
Always.
It won't hurt your gun, and it won't hurt you. A lipo is fine too, I've been using them for years and never had a problem.

HOWEVER, DO NOT USE YOUR PTW IN THE RAIN!
Re: The Delimitation Conflict - April 16th & 17th
A little rain would be nice to be honest. It'll soften up the loud crunchy vegetation. Of course, that advantage goes both ways...

We keep playing. Weather is part of a combat simulation, enjoy if you can. Bring a rain loadout if you can, extra socks, hats, n such, camo poncho, plastic body gun and mags, and a towel. It looks like that 40% maybe for the morning time. Looks like rain rolls in friday night n goes out saturday morning sometime. Hopefully we end up with perfect weather by game time.Badsand wrote:I have a little question, its about rain. We're scheduled for scattered thunderstorms, around 40%, just wondering, if it is raining what will the plans be? play through it, or wait it out?

We'll probably get started more around 12pm anyway, so it might be perfect by then.

The reason the games almost always start late is not the fault of the game admin. Most of the time guys are not showing up to the field till 9:30, and not getting in the chrono till around 10. There will ( 2 ) lines open for chrono so get you behinds in line early. The game will start on time dang it, and players still in line will just have to go with the flo...

I like the whole "we charge more for you if you're late" deal. It hits people where it hurts, and I have absolutely no problem with it if it gets people moving and prepared.
Will you be doing this for this game?

Enough with the weather updates. The game will be on either way. Everyone can decide for themselvesBlackHawkAirsoft wrote:50% chance of rain now!!!!!

It's only Wednesday, and the weather will change every morning and every evening. A little rain isn't going to kill anyone anyhow. The last op I didn't go to because of rain (80% chance of severe thunderstorms) didn't have one single drop of rain fall on the field all weekend. Just shows you that you never know.
so please, as Gambler said, let's just see what happens. It will be your decision to go or not when the time comes.
