Re: Independence Day Game, Brand New Field!
Hi guys, I'm "the guy over there".
We definitely have a 2 story fort. It's not the most elaborate or big, but it's definitely there and playable! We have MANY trails, thick brush, thinned out areas, dug in pill boxes, some mild trench work bunkers, buildings here and there, creeks, a couple of ponds with a vehicle capable bridge, a nice undeveloped section with a trail a 4x4 can drive on with much natural terrain allowing some sneaky peaky type play, a beach landing area, dirt mound field, and a pretty large fort under construction.
Overall, it's a really cool field. I may be a bit biased, but I play actively play paintball AND airsoft and think that you guys will enjoy this field. I've certainly enjoyed it playing paintball scenarios and wish I could attend this game for the first airsoft event there, but I have plans with the in-laws (gah!) At the current time, we don't really have a charging station so charge your batteries before hand, although if you ask Daryl, I'm sure he will go out of his way to get you an outlet.
Please bring plenty of hydro!!!!! There will be water and other drinks on site, but it's been REALLY hot out and we don't currently have potable water other than bottled on site.
I hope you guys have a great turnout for this game, we look forward to becoming a regular stop for you.

This is a map of the field from a previous game there:

quasi poetic, pseudo intellectual format. Quite frankly, that makes you a moron."[/align]

It looks like it could get into the low 90's on Sunday, so I'd say go light and bring a lot of hydration

Re: Independence Day Game, Brand New Field!
I do but I have no money... I'm flat broke. All I got is $10 and that's going for (half of it) the field fee. So unless you're willing to let the batt go for $5 I don't have enough money right now.
