Paintball Central July 3rd

Post by Romba » Sun Jul 03, 2011 8:23 pm

Well to start, for only $5, it was a good game. We o ly played two matches. And i'll give my rundown.

Game 1. PBC mounds field and woods. Bravo defended and alpha attacked trying to get our spawn then a case to our secondary spawn. We (bravo) held em off for a while, but it was hot as HELL. Bravo just got hot and tired, and half of the team just left. In the end, it was me and 3 other bravos and alpha overran us. It was so hot that kneeling on the dirt hurt. We were all dieing. And skywalkers and his PSG1 was holding us off from across the pond. Nothing we could do.

Game 2. Attack and defend, bravo attacking. Alpha had us pinned at our spawn. They drew back cause we sucked and they felt bad. We pushed and took out a couPle, and then they Pretty much abandoned the first base we were supposed to capture, again because we were sucking and they wanted to keep the game fun. So we approached the empty base and HEY LOOK IT'S DOMINUMNOMNOM! we shot him and took the base. Basically the rest of the game for me consisted of camping the castle (that we were attacking) and getting 10-15 kills on it's inhabitants. :D then I died and walked out cause the game was pretty much over. The second I got out of the woods and under a shelter it started thundering and pouring. It poured and poured and thundered and we ended up leaving.

Over all it was a good game especially for only $5. I really like that field and would lovable to ay there again.

OH to the guy who shot my in the knuckle of my pinkey when I was camping the castle, screw you. It hurts like hell. I raise my middle finger to you.

i must say i was very impressed with the field. i would love to play a big op there in the future. the field was alot better than i expected. and the facilitys were awesom. covered pavillon areas with table to stay out of the rain, portijohns, and a sink area to wash up in. i was very impressed with the field and encourage everyone to come out and play next time there is a game there. the play for me was mixed. during the first game of the day i rushed across the bridge to heal dom and got sick and sat out the rest of the game until lunch. the field owner played with us after lunch and had a blast going on a flanking manuever with him to try and sneak up on alpha. killer spoiled that surprise. i bled out and was on my way to respawn when i discover that esteban had captured alphas respawn and was able to respawn there and had alot of fun trying to kill off the remaining alpha's around it. had a good fight with several alpha players. i cant wait to play this field again.

It was a nice field. Only an hour away, so I'll be there more if more games are hosted. I'd like to see both fields we played on incorporated into a larger game.

The only reason Henry (Dom) was left in that base without anyone else is because he wanted you to fall into his Tornado grenade trap.

I liked the field but we needed more players.

If it has been said by Henry, then it's probably right.

I had a great time. The first game was hot as hell, that's no lie. The second one just kind of petered out because most of bravo left the field. It was down to three of us when Dom called lunch. The two fields we played on were cool. I like having the barriers set up to use, but you kind of lose the whole "random woods skirmish" feel that I get at Air Farm. The "castle" was awesome. Somehow, God stopped Doms BB from hitting me when I rushed to the shelter in front of it. Unfortunately, he did not stop the one that popped me on the finger a minute later. Being only 10 minutes from my house, I'd definitely play there again. Thanks for a great game, guys.

Had a blast out there with all of you! Bravo needed a little help during that second game, but they sure did give us hell in the first round. Here's the link to the first video that I got yesterday. I have a few editing mistakes, especially near the end, but I don't feel like sitting through the upload process again :s Enjoy!

Yeah, I ran up to make the x and it fell PERFECTLY upright in front of me. I was like "hey, a free tornado!" I then contemplated tossing it back at Dom, but we ended up just giving it back cause I have no idea how to work those things.

Hey look its nick! ... you need another cam on the gun with 2-4x zoom or something so we can see who you're shooting at. Still awesome though.

Haha, yeah Luke, I completely agree. I kept thinking to myself that I could probably just go in the woods behind my apartment and film myself shooting trees, and nobody would know the difference :D

Also... the gears stripped out on my scar that was Doin 380fps at 32+rps on that 11.1 ... moral of the story: bring and charge all of your batteries. So you don't talk yourself into using a battery that the gun can't handle

Won't be out there next weekend, heading to Vegas for a bachelor party. I'll probably be at bluehole in a few weeks though. Sorry to hear about the scar, at least it made it until the end of the day.

Great video, Hombre. Great sneak-up, and safety kill by Killer at about 5:30. Thanks again for not shooting me in the face!
