Well yeah sure if you want to replace every single part in the gun... which is going to cost more than just starting from a vsr10 or m24 or something

And thats why the base is important. I'm not familiar with that gun, let alone that brand, but when you're planning any kind of special build, be it sniper, dmr, or just really high rof, you want to start with something thats got both solid externals and a lot of compatible parts. and by a lot, I mean every piece is compatible with at least one other brand. I believe all Wells are TM clones. I know my epic little MP7 was till I broke it 

I do not always accidentally, but when I do, I accidentally the whole thing.
