Standard AR RIS with rail covers is just as comfortable with Magpul MOE handguard, in my opinion, unless you're using one of those ladder type rail covers. I don't like those very much.

Finally got my Vltor set up complete:

Not really happy with the rail system i got. Its a chinese knockoff and was not cut evenly, so it is slightly kicked to the right. Cant tell from looking at it from the side, but you can tell from the top/

Where did you (or was it Gabe?) source the MOE grip? Was it a custom job with Dremel Power, or purchased somewhere?

It takes a while, and if you screw up it will be garbage. I'd recommend not trying MOE grips. MIAD are much easier to do.
