My Blaster

I know the EOtech looks odd mounted that far forward, but if you've ever used the BAC with a parallax free sight (aimpoint, EOtech, etc) you'll understand why i did it that way. The light is a surefire 6p with a 100 lumens xenon bulb in it. It will legit make you see stars if you take a direct hit to the face. If its dark, its better than a flashbang. I hit the button by accident in the deerstand one time and i couldnt see without a big blue circle for a solid 3 minutes.

Just a thought: have you considered getting a free float rail system that sits flush with the upper receiver? It gives a big freedom on where you want to mount your optics.

Yeah man i considered it, and I'll probably end up getting one eventually, its just not super high on my priority list at the moment. I really like the Vltor MUR stuff, and the Daniel Defense rails look good to me as well. To be honest, i enjoy the peripheral vision i retain with the optic mounted that far forward, as goofy as it may look. But yes, to answer your question. I considered it, then went and bought my Warlord. ;D

Our squadron (USAF cops) mounts our M68 CCOs all the way up as well (so we can add NV Scopes)

Update, this is the newest incarnation of my weapon. In hindsight i should have run it like this at BW2 instead of the CQB setup i had it in, because the accuracy and distance suffered a bit. Optics for it are on the way from rsov.com. Hope y'all like it.
