Re: Latest Acquisition
yes it is necessary for when I want to hold it by the magwell and want to ensure that I have the grip I need rather then just have it slip in my glove. it's more comfortable to me to have the magwell grip on it than not.

Re: Latest Acquisition
Having had an AFG before, I understand why you have it, and also why you have the magwell grip. looks good, Jeremy.
Re: Latest Acquisition
I think we've established what Jeremy wants, and he probably doesn't care about the "majority opinion".
There's no kill switch on awesome!
Re: Latest Acquisition
Finally got this back, shooting like a dream.

Did you ever consider that some people DO hold their rifle by the magwell and that for them this grip works? Different strokes for different folks.
Nice M14 btw Felix. What all did you have done on the insides?
Re: Latest Acquisition
Promethius m150, Element 300% gears/piston, new piston head, bearings, wirings, Extreme Fire Panther Mosfet to make it shoot semi, sorbo in the cylinder, flat hop, and barrel stablized, needs a new motor, TBB, and a 11.1 instead of my 7.4 lipo. Shoots great.von_lounger wrote: Nice M14 btw Felix. What all did you have done on the insides?

Re: Latest Acquisition
Perhaps the way I worded my first post was confusing. I hold my M4 by the magwell, without a magwell grip. Perhaps not as ergonomic, but it works.von_lounger wrote:AnthonyRey999 wrote:Is the magwell grip really neccesary though? I do not always accidentally, but when I do, I accidentally the whole thing.
Re: Latest Acquisition
The Mgawell grip feels so much better, than just holding the magwell. Makes a ton of difference.AnthonyRey999 wrote:Perhaps the way I worded my first post was confusing. You name a game, I've been to it.
If I've banned you, then you have more than likely deserved it.
If I deleted a post it didn't need to be there or I simply didn't like it.

Re: Latest Acquisition

Re: Latest Acquisition
Would your gripping work on wood? If I get an RPK I may get you to do it, or do it myself

Re: Latest Acquisition
All you'd end up with is charred wood....
Re: Latest Acquisition
My way would charr it. However.. i could get some grip tape and create a design for the wood around the handguards, and that would be sexy..AnthonyRey999 wrote:Would your gripping work on wood? If I get an RPK I may get you to do it, or do it myself

Re: Latest Acquisition
Hmm, I'll think about it. Not sure what I'll get, but I hope to have it before 24-3

Re: Latest Acquisition
Id have to talk to a friend of mine to bring some tape so you can feel what it would feel like. May even tape one of my rifles.AnthonyRey999 wrote:Hmm, I'll think about it. Not sure what I'll get, but I hope to have it before 24-3
