I used black cord to put a lanyard on mine, which work better if you're trying to like, not accidentally throw it.
I do not always accidentally, but when I do, I accidentally the whole thing.

So, Today I acquired a brain bucket of my own. Military surplus, freebie (no idea where my brother found it), and no idea what style it is. If someone has more info about the type of helmet it is, I would appreciate it.

It does say that on the inside half under one of the straps. I just didn't know if that was the name or just something else.

Edit: Just googled it a moment ago, and along with pictures that show a helmet just like what I now have, there was also a $250 price tag on new ones for sale.

Nice, those are very comfortable little AEGs. Some people say they don't like the stock, I personally find it very comfortable and practical.
