There seemed to be some bad blood throughout the game between players, but it was expected I guess. There were a lot of bravo players not calling there hits and feeling the need to be a-holes.
Example: When alpha was defending the bridge from bravo when they were trying to put an objective below it, I believe. I was in a beautiful spot that gave me a full view of the attacking bravo's flank while I stayed pretty much hidden. There was a group of 3 people in ACU behind tree that I lit up. It was a straight shot unobstructed and was close enough where I could see the multitude of bb's bounce off of them and hear them bounce off of fabric. They did a nice little oh shit I being shot dance and moved to different cover. During this there was another player in ACU behind a stump that I shot (he on the other hand called it), but one of his teammates laid behind him healing him where I could only see his paintball mask. As I was shooting at him I hit the guy I killed earlier and he threatened to come over and kick me in the face, being the male I am I told him to bring it. Anyways his medic ran off and about a minute later he slowly moves his dead rag until he gets rid of it and tries to fill my general direction with a wall of bb's. I proceeded to take him out again. Then I notice the group of people returned to the same spot I had stated earlier and I once again shot them only to have them run off again.. :-\

Yep... a bunch of that all day for me. Oh and to the person I shot in the foot from 7 feet away I do greatly apologize. I was getting frustrated at me and another person leaning over the wall and yelling safety kill and having you wave around your pistol. It was bad on my part I acted before I thought. :-[
You must have been mistaken. As, we were the only group in ACUs, as far as I know.. None of us wore face masks, so definitely no paintball masks.
None of us from Team Extorrus made any rude remarks such as coming over to kick anyone in the face and we all called our hits so that definitely couldn't have been us. None of us wore paintball masks either, 3 of us wore gentex combat goggles and the other 2 wore shatter proof glasses.
there was one kid that had some form of ACU on but wasn't with us. I was in that group, 3 went to the stump and i flanked left. he wore a paintball mask, he complained the whole time to the point i would have shot him up close. he kept trying to take charge and do his own thing when we had orders to meet up with another group and when got atacked. and then he hid away behind a stump and expected for help to take the guy out and take credit.

Trig, i was about 20 or so feet behind you when this went down and saw the entire thing. And it was not the only time this happened on the field Saturday. Earlier in the day bravo advanced over to Onyx I think to pick up an objective. Alpha had just completed there objective of refueling there tank and began to move with it into Onyx. At the same time my son Alan and myself rolled through the lovely briars up to the backdoor and began having a bravo shoot em up fest. we ran into the same attitude with the cursing. Let me inform you guys of a little secret, if you shot in a base and dont want to get lit yp anymore.......... LEAVE.. if you plan on staying in a full onslaught then dont cry about it.

If they had been wearing multicam it would never have happened, since anyone wearing it is hot stuff.

All I saw of the person wearing the paintball mask was just that, his mask. All that stuff I wrote doesn't matter really, it was in the past and really had no harm in it at all.

I talked to some of y'all in the ACU and I know y'all are good guys. I wasn't trying to be demeaning in anyway just state how my game was.

Also and I don't wear multicam and I KNOW I am hot stuff. O0

I was the operator of the little Bravo tank from Georgia, had a fine time and enjoyed the event, the weather was a little cooler than optimal but overall pretty nice (sure beats the heat) imho. Wish there had been more people, but 60 isn't a bad showing and those that were there seemed great sports to me, and the Aircross field is about ideal for small tank operations, would come back again.
Special thanks to the team Ajax guys for making me feel right at home.

Felix, I still owe you a tank crew spot at some future event, please remind me.

Hey everyone, ShadowSpec from Team Extorrus. Had a great time at the game, I expected more than the turnout that was at the game, but nonetheless had a blast. Diesel you're an awesome commander and it was a good game overall. No real problems at all and I only witnessed one bad incident at the base with the "building." I would like to offer a suggestion of having more than just one admin roaming the field. I felt that people were getting away with things that were against the rule (One tap regen/respawn, not calling hits) simply because there was not enough eyes out there. What is done is done however, and I'm not really holding anything against anyone. I know yall have been talking about the technical driver so I will not put my input in on that one.

Overall great game, hopefully more people show up to future games.

This isn't paintball, we are not about to pay a fortune for a bunch of asshat babysitters to roam the field watching people and making sure they behave themselves. Did you approach people who were doing these one tap medic heals and inform them of the rules? Did you inform the Reps in the field of the issue? If you saw this going on and you didn't inform a Rep immediately then you have no right to complain because you didn't do what you were supposed to. Next time find one of the Reps in the field and inform them immediately. It is up to the players (that means you) to inform Reps of rule violations and it is up to the Reps to enforce them. You are the eyes out their, so next time do something about it.

If you see someone violating the rules in game and choose to do nothing about it, don't complain in the thread afterwards, that doesn't do anyone any good. Our system works extremely well as long as the players take responsibility.

Here's how it's supposed to work: When you see someone violating a rule, either wait until you are already dead, or pull out your deadrag and walk over to them. Either inform them of the rule they are breaking and how to comply properly, or ask them to clarify what they were doing if you are not sure that they were complying with the rules. If they tell you to screw off, immediately find a Rep. If they didn't know (often the case), let it be and go on about playing. If they continue to do so, immediately find a Rep and inform them of the situation. At that point, we monitor them and may take ourselves out of play to do so if necessary. Once they have been observed further, we take the necessary action.

The responsibility of the player that witnesses the violation is to inform, and if that fails, to report. This should all take place as it happens in the game, not later. At no point in this process is the player who witnesses the violation to whine about it after the fact instead of taking action when something can actually be done about it. Saying anonymous people did something at some point in some place in some manner doesn't help prevent it from happening again. Immediate action does.

Sorry to go on a rant, but way too many people wait to say something about problems until long after anyone is able to do anything about it, and that needs to change.
