Deep Scar IV

Post by Diesel » Sat Nov 21, 2009 8:06 pm

Since I get to be first, let me say I enjoyed today. My first game  in SC was enjoyabe. Thanks to Garrett for letting me run with ya'll. Also thanks to tanker and D Smitty. Other than the non calls on hits, by both sides, I enjoyed it. Looking forward to coming to Newberry to play.
thanks, diesel

I love the Corps for those intangible possessions that cannot be issued: pride, honor, integrity, and being able to carry on the traditions for generations of warriors past.  [Cpl. Jeff Sornig, USMC; in Navy Times, November 1994]

I definitely enjoyed myself today; got to meet a bunch of new guys and see a bunch of old faces. I especially liked the second half of the second game; I more or less rounded up my own personal army and helped Tanker direct the defense of the Killing Fields. I wasn't expecting that (and still don't really like command positions), but I had a good time. :)

Yesterday was a great game! The afternoon game was kinda depressing since my goggles were so fogged that I couldn't see a thing, but somehow I managed to kill the Bravo general in spite of that. :)

I had fun too... At work! Lol. I'm glad to hear you guys had a blast at this awesome event. I wish I could've gone, but instead I was working the New Moon premiere. I look forward to reading and hearing some more war stories from everyone.

I had some great fun as well.
But for the night game, I walked out of the game in the middle because I was disgusted by NC players' sportsmenship.

I had an awesome time.  First time playing in a long time.  I was only there for the day game on Saturday, but had about 7 hours of fun.   ;D

I didn't really see any problems when I was there besides a few guys not calling hits, but that's normal, so I just gave them a little extra plastic love  :P

I don't know anybody specifically. I know that they were NC players.

Once I was on top of the hill, looking at this guy with 4-16x power scope. I bursted a few rounds at him and watched the BBs bouncing off of him. He looks around, like he was thinking, "Oh, I don't see where it came from, so he must not know that he hit me either.." So I bursted a few more rounds at him, and he does the same thing. I emptied an entire mag on that guy, he never called his call.

Also, as of the night game, I took a cover and shot this guy and heard the clear thud of BB hitting him on his side. I yelled "Call your hit" then they started complaining about how my position was illegitimate because I was too close to the car, while Robin and Tanker were discussing about it and found no problem.
When I was hit, I was blinking my flashlight on myself and yelled hit. They kept shooting so I made it clear that I was hit. Then this idiot yells, "Oh, look I can do that too, how are we supposed to know you're hit?" and he flashes his flashlight at me. Why the fuck would I point a flashlight at MYSELF and blink it if I wasn't hit?  Plus there were numbers of Bravo using their flashlights to indicate their hits as well.
I was too mad, so I decided to step off the field before I had to kick those bastard's balls..

Isn't that the guy who walks around like he is dead, even though he isn't, and safety kills people?

He walked all the way to Alpha base, saying that he had to pee, then when he got there, he knife killed Tanker.

Long story short, he is a douche.

What uniform were they wearing?  Were they small guys, big guys, 2 of them, 20 of them?  It would help if we could identify them.

There were various guys in MC who I wanted to hit them with my gun, and the guy who flashed his flashlight at me mocking me was in Contractor loadout I believe.
