Deep Scar IV
Re: Deep Scar
Peaches= SOB!.................... As for the game, it was fun (except for the fact that I ran into a tree). It's a long story

Re: Deep Scar
Granted, I only got to see any action in the night game and about 15 mins on Sunday, but what I saw disgusted me so much Saturday and Sunday, that it wasn't worth playing any more than 15 mins. Their is no point in playing when some folks have God Mode turned on. I would like to remind some of the folks that attended this Op, specifically during the night game, that some of us were using Night Vision, so we saw the BB's bounce off of you, whether you thought we could see it or not. I can't believe that this is continuing to be an issue. Get your crap together, their is no one following behind you, keeping a count on your personal Kill-to-Death Ratio. Please understand that I am not calling out one particular faction or another. I know this happened on both sides. But for those who do get offended by anything I said above...You are one of the ones I am talking to! Otherwise, you wouldn't be offended! For everyone else who doesn't get offended and by extension, was playing honorably, thank you for a well fought and intense Op! My heartfelt Congratulations goes out to Alpha for winning this Op, and Congratulations to their Command Staff!
For the Command Staff: The Leadership of the Factions did very well at keeping things organized and handling certain "issues" (Peaches' BS) when they arose. When we first heard that Tanker had been killed we were jumping for joy, until we had heard who did it. The first thing Panzer wanted was an explination of how it happened. As soon as he and I heard the details, he immediatly declined that kill. So again, Congradulations to Alpha for this victory, enjoy it while you can, it shall be a great rallying point for future Bravo Success!

Re: Deep Scar
Hahaha, about peaches.
I was pinned down right outside of the green base the first round after we(Death Dealers and a few other tan players) flanked around the far side of the field. We got up to the houses and linked up with a another section of tan and began pushing into the base. As we got close to taking the gear. We got flanked by about 8 or so green(in airsoft no one really does rear security). I moved up to heal Straightshot and everyone else was getting hit. Then Ss says, "I cant stay here!" and took off into the base BB's flying. It was hilarious! I just laid there in hopes it was a small force and I could muster a counter attack by healing and killing my guys.
long story short I just laid there and green rolled right up on top of me. I had no dead rag and never was asked or hinted that I was dead. Why didnt I shoot? Because as they crested the hill right behind me I saw them coming up at all angles. I was hoping that they would just move out, but they didnt.
Comical sidenote: There was a piece a plywood laying down covered in leaves beside one of the houses on the far side of the "village" In the 8-10min I was waiting there, I saw 3 or 4 people faceplant on it. No one got hurt, but it was funny.
In the end I just got up and walked away, then ONLY then did a guy ask me if I was dead. I told him no and he safety killed me. I saw SuperDave and talked to him before linking up with the rest of the dead tan guys to go respawn.

He always does that. If he doesn't have a dead rag on, shoot him...idiot88 wrote: Isn't that the guy who walks around like he is dead, even though he isn't, and safety kills people?
Yes I have taken my shoes off during games. Yes I have 2 of the same guns. No I am not a little boy...I am in fact female, so don't say "kill the little kid". No Tanker and I aren't married...yet. Does that dispel all the myths about me? LOL

I barely even remember what happened except for the fact that I was shooting, turned around to sprint and WHAM!!! It would probably still happen to me in a desert game though. There's no describing my luck.cantttype wrote: Its ok; the odds were against you. Now if this had been a desert game...I would have to laugh.![]()

You were one of the ones I saw! You were wearing flektarn right? I tried not to laugh and managed to ask if you were ok.Mirakaski wrote: I know exactly the piece of plywood you were talking about. Re: Deep Scar
All of us had a great time as usual. Props go out to the team leaders, and all the players. Bravo put up a good fight, especially early Sat. But not good enough. Panzer we were proud to help blow that undefeated record
. Thanks again to everyone and the staff for such a great game.

Re: Deep Scar
I have a good story. At the end of the second game on Saturday as darkness was slowly falling. Me, cantttype, and 3 others assaulted through the open field along the river side. We moved at a width of 5 wide across a 30 foot span and attacked a father and son hiding behind a tree and picnic table. As we were spread out and all firing short bursts, they had to keep their heads down, and we eventually killed both, while only loosing one man (who was healed). We then moved up along the river side the the fork in the road with the small building, where we encountered green coming down the road and hiding behind the building. I flanked out wide left down the river and was about to cross the road when I saw 5 or 6 green (one was Dominum, no sure who the others were) coming down from the base. They heard the firefight and had their attention focused on it. I called on the radio to let my guys know they were about to have company, but someone (*cough* cantttype *cough*) had his radio off.
I thought about popping up to take some out right after they went past me, but they were spread to far apart (I would have been killed pretty quick). I observed for 10 or 15 minutes until they had gathered at the rivers edge, then slowly moved from tree to tree until I was within an accurate range of my gun. (like cantttype said, we don't do a lot with rear security in airsoft ;) ) I took out Dom and two others who were close together, then looked around for anyone else. Dom and company called for a medic, so I waited and popped up killing the medic and someone else coming down the road. While doing this I had to get up and step into the road, when a greenie came up from the waters edge firing, so I spun around and took him out. Either he shot me at the same time or another green came down the road, but I got hit at that point.
Now that was fun ;D

Re: Deep Scar
all in all the first day was fun except for the techincal issues we had...VADER dies before chrono(not easy fix, ty vanquish) so it never saw action
my SAW started acting up(easy fix...box mag is jsut shot)...but frustrating becuase it wouldnt feed at the right moments and i die epically...
but i am with vesper..the nite game sucked BAD...
my first nite game, i manage to sneak up on someone...call safety kill, he guy turns around and say i dont have to accept that and shot me square in the face...i am guess about 370 fps...from the chipped tooth and blood.
i am heard bb's bouncing off people and not calling hits...moving doors for cover...when i was bloddied...i walked striaght o an admin..."expressed" my concerns and called it a nite
Soap knife killed someone on the umbrella team and they wouldnt quit
the second half of day 1 was almost as bad
what worries me in the whole is the was the precurson to BoC 2...with some of the major nc teams
showing up at this op...and "peaches"

Re: Deep Scar
The not having to surrender to a safety kill, involves the knowledge that you can only shoot someone point blank with a low fps gun
Do you know who shot you?

That's Angus and his Scottish father
I met them at the Saluda practice game Sept. 12 this year.
