Scar selector plate

Post by VoidSuicide » Thu Feb 16, 2012 1:52 pm

I have a scar, and the selector plate is confusing me. The plate has no kind of contacts, and pictures on airsoft gi and other shop sites, don't show any kind of contact plates either. Can anyone help show me how it should be?

What brand is it?

If high caps kill little girls
Then drum mags commit genocide
Is tactical pastel pony

Oh this baby? It is genuine walmart brand.
If it has been said by Henry, then it's probably right.

Depends on the age of the echo 1, their newer models are VFC clones, and have the funky gear sector plate.

Im assuming old. Either way that's why I posted the pic as a question

There are really only 2 designs of scar, not counting the Tm and WE blowbacks.

Classic Army/old Echo1 (scar-l)/dboys (scar-l)/

and

VFC/ new Echo1 and Dboys (scar-h)

i don't remember where star/ares and G&G fall. but they're only one of these 2 options

I think the G&G is kind of like a hybrid between the two. It uses a more traditional style selector plate.

Bump, I really need help with this. I need to get this gun together asap, but I have no idea how the wiring harness should be or where to buy a complete wiring set.
