Anyone help me adjust my FPS?

I know there is someone here who can help me figure out how to adjust the FPS on my ak, FA-MAS, and M-14. So just tell me what I need to do, or even if I need to do it myself or not. Talk at me

Well, you change the fps by changing the main spring. It involves disassembling the gun to replace the spring, and then putting it all together again. What fps changes are you looking at making?
