hmmmm, that is an interesting idea. Sort of two great powers fighting in a war torn area. The area full of different smaller groups defending their home. Could be purchased, defeated, they have to move on to another village/base. Something of that nature. The only boring part I see is the lack of objectives for the "villagers" and the possibilities of just sitting around waiting for someone to attack their base.

Another good point, but I also have contingencies for that as well. I wasn't about to tell a bunch of people to sit and guard Mile High all day, trust me.

Dom, that idea is pretty innovative, giving the third faction bases to defend. I'm sure the scenario will be well thought out.

Sounds pretty good!
I would just suggest adding urban camo patterns (and grey) to the ACU/Civilian/Black color faction (SC) choices, for greater options. They're neither 'green' nor 'tan'.

My initial plan was civvies or "costumes" for all SC faction players, no fatigues at all.

hmmmm, if I'm ever in a game with civvie "costumes", I would wear my tie-die shirt.

So, it seems we all have work to do people!

I've never seen so much agreement on one topic ever, but hey, this can be done. Lets get this thing rolling before say middle of January? If anyone has anything to say maybe my number is 843 540 7377

My two cents:

Fallout is right; when it comes to larger games I'm kinda out of my league. Blackout fell apart, partly because the weather but that can't be blamed entirely.
However, I do think that another boarder wars would be a good idea. I think SOCO lost a bad taste in a lot of people's mouths-mine included. This could go a long way to fixing it.
Nicholas , Ghost, I've got yalls backs. If there's anything I can help with let me know.
About three factions- I have to say that I'm afraid of a 2v1 situation unless the scenario was very carefully atructured- even then it's risky but could be fun!

One way to make sure it doesn't turn into a 2v1 massacre, is to make it impossible to buy out teams. Often times at other three faction games, the third faction can be bought out. Make it so that no faction can help another; just three teams trying to kill each other and take objectives.

It looks good. I think the Blackwater OP that Felix, came up with and ran, went really well. The third faction actually could be bought, but it was a small group. Having SC trying to defend their land with NC and GA trying to conquer would be so kewl

I would. add mandatory radios for any participant. everyone could stay informed of the situations and any rule modification
