Um....reload only at HQ or base? If my gun is empty why can I not load it in the field?

I think it means reload mags. If it means you can't switch mags in the field I'm gonna either break the rules every 3 or so minutes, or skip out on this game. And I'm not gonna miss this.

It means reload your mags. It's a realism mechanic and is perfectly reasonable. Logistics is a major limiting factor IRL.

I don't think the GA players have a preference or care btw, they just wanted to know so they could order what they needed with time to spare.
