Hop-up Wrong Direction

Post by southparkkids » Mon Feb 25, 2013 5:35 pm

I recently installed a hop-up into my A&K SVD and it is now shooting to the left. I thought I double checked everything and made sure that the hop-up was on the top of the barrel, any thoughts (other than I installed it with barrel in the wrong direction)?

You most likely just have the barrel skewed to the side a little bit (or the hopup nub is not installed correctly).

I got the hop-up working right, but I had to destroy the one that was in there because it was folded like a taco or some thing and got REALLY messed up when I tried to pull the hop-up off. I used a much softer hop-up and it works fine now other than the fact that it can't carry .25s too well
