If that is going to go in to patch format, I'd recommend ditching the hilights and dropshadows on the text. That looks good to me, though, and I could easily integrate the basic logo in to our page banner.

Normally you'd be correct, but considering I'm assuming Lancer will be the one doing this, and his form of patch is more of a screenprinting thing, those shadows and highlights will show up clear as day on the actual patch. Plus, it'll look nicer on waivers and in official e-mails, etc.


As for the colors, that's up to someone else, I'm done with renditions of the design. I saw lots of positive feedback on the ACU colors, so that's what I stuck with.

Any chance I could have the original PSD/AI/XCF file? That would make it a lot easier to integrate in to the banner.

Im feeling all these styles, really like the circle.. but instead of Airsoft at the bottom.. be creative, come up with 1 word that describes AOSC..

and I like pocas.. i think the color should be along the lines of these though..

I think if AOSC is on the patch, then you don't need airsoft on them again. As Poca said, it's a bit redundant.

As Slate said, that's the final version of his logo. It spells out the whole name, so that's about all it needs. I don't think we need to tell people that the AOSC is awesome/amazing/ or horrific/terrible on the patch.

Nope, they left it off there.  BDU could probably get away with the MARPAT one.
