That has got to be the single most besest setup ever. Holo go out? Comp picks up the red? Two enemies? Second holo is sighted for the second BB.

So awesome.

What about when you are doing some tactical operating beside cars? You need optics on your side rails bro, Gotta be able to operate at all angles, and get that tactical advantage!

I am a bit of a jerk.
There have been a lot of games since the last fatality. Roses are red, violets are blue, so is your car at 102

The battery life in an Aimpoint is longer than you have been playing airsoft. LOLS

I doubt it has a 3 and a half year battery life.

If I remember correctly, the battery life on a Comp M2 is around 10,000 hours, and I think the Comp M3 has a battery life of about 50,000 hours. EoTechs get about 250 hours on N batteries.

There are about 8,700 hours in a year. He has two Comp M3s and two EoTechs. So that right there is roughly 100,500 hours (assuming those are real Comp M3s and Eotechs). So yes, it does surpass the time you have been playing airsoft.

EDIT: Mixed up the Comp M3 with the Comp M2 and fixed it.

Gents, neither Aimpoint Comp sight has anywhere near the above claimed battery life, the listed battery life estimates are for the 'IR setting', the lowest power draw. Get one and see for yourself. Battery life is fairly short when the dot visibility is set high, which is necessary for bright environments (daytime). Guys in the sandbox would often use large rubber bands on the sight to keep the knob from turning accidentally during handling & stowage, quickly exhausting the batteries. Leave the M2 on high for a few weeks and it was dead as a doornail, which was a big issue as the lithium battery was hard to find in-theater (hence the move to AA's).
This is increasingly less of an issue with the newer sights (M3, M4), which have less power draw for the same brightness and hence longer battery life. But take such claims with the grain of salt they deserve, the M4 claims to have a battery life of ~7-8 years, yet it hasn't even been around that long yet (so such claims are obviously unverified!).

The Eotech battery life estimate of ~250 hours is about accurate.
