Don't you mean it has trenches, some roads, and a ton of impenetrable thicket anywhere that is not those two?Frost wrote:and it has bases, trenches, rocky top mini mountains, forest trails!!!

He is right, even though it will be hot, wear long sleeves unless you want thorns the size of your thumb imbedded in your arms and legs. And then still watch out for them! And bring A LOT OF WATER this field is very big and has a hill near the house that is very very steep and long, as well as one right after you think you have reached the top. "Yayyyy I've reached the top!!! Nooooo there is another one!!!" and it will dehydrated you really fastcaptainkirk05 wrote:Don't you mean it has trenches, some roads, and a ton of impenetrable thicket anywhere that is not those two?Frost wrote:and it has bases, trenches, rocky top mini mountains, forest trails!!!

In his defense... there is a lot of dense stuff! And lately, in spring and summer, we've been playing most of those areas.

To Skywalker, "dense" means: "anywhere in which vegetation is not extremely sparse so that I can quickly sprint around with a super long gun and not hit an encumbrance".
If you think everything under the trees is a thicket, you've either been; unlucky, haven't played much of the field, or think that any and all woods are practically an impenetrable jungle (like skywalker does ;P)

Ok, calling you out on this. I've been playing with my extremely short FN2k at this field lately, so I haven't needed to worry about super long gun. Also, I've seen woods before, and there are areas of this field that fit in the normal definition of dense, compared to what average woods look like. Most people who play in the woods don't go there to be forced into firefights at CQB distances for the whole day (that's what CQB fields are for!)Dominum wrote:To Skywalker, "dense" means: "anywhere in which vegetation is not extremely sparse so that I can quickly sprint around with a super long gun and not hit an encumbrance".

Quite simply, in recent games there, we've stayed around that radar tower, which is one of the most dense parts of the field (for example, last time, I was within 15 feet of an enemy for a full 20 minutes with my pistol drawn, waiting to get a clear shot.) The game organizer didn't listen to the crowd (who, on the whole, wanted to play somewhere different), and move the play to a different part of the field. I don't think that'll be a problem this time.
The simple solution to this problem is open the whole field to play, and put objectives in multiple locations. If you like dense stuff, go play there! If you don't, go play where its more open! TADA!!!!!!!!!!!
