Oh God, no! No truffle shuffling allowed anywhere near Myrtle Beach..! The Humanity! My brain is dying a horrible death because I had to envision that happening!

Do I have to bring the butter, or can I use yours? I hate to ask, but that's kind of a deal breaker for me.

Hmmm, let's see...
I had intended to play all day but only ended up playing for about an hour (just before lunch). After lunch, I ended up admining and taking some pictures. I was able to check out some new equipment setups in the short time I played, alas, I need to do some more fine tuning.

The Good...
1. From what I saw, hit calling was very good and eye protection stayed in place.
2. We had about 75 players (many new faces). A very good turn out. Thank you for coming.
3. The last battle at the Trenches was just fantastic! Push, push, push, repel, repel, repel, push, push, push. I really enjoyed watching it so much so that I failed in the picture taking department....
4. Bumble fingers Hotspur pulling the flag with 20 seconds left.

The Bad and the UGLY! (in no particular order)
1. Shooting inside your MED. You just can't do it. There is a much greater chance of physical injury when being shot "too close". Know your MED and KNOW HOW FAR it IS in actually visual distance. If you can't accurately judge up to MED/distances, use a 0 MED gun, problem solved.
2. Jumping head first into trenches. Bad idea. Saw a couple of young men do this. While some may think it looks cool, safety has to come first. You really need to know what is behind that mound of dirt and who/what is hiding in the trench where you are planning on landing.
3. Getting taking out by friendly fire. It happens, but it is always a bummer.
4. Visions of select airsofters in loincloths. Oh, me! Oh, my!
5. Visions of select airsofters shirtless, coated in butter, and "dancing" to the tunes from the Village people. OH, ME! OH, MY!
(4 and 5 actually makes me sorta wish I was blind instead of extremely hard of hearing.)

Again, thank you for coming out to SQA!

Next AOSC game is Saturday, March 30 at Paintball Central. -> http://www.southcarolinaairsoft.com/php ... f=8&t=6921
Next SQA game is Saturday, April 6. It is a non-AOSC game. -> http://www.southcarolinaairsoft.com/php ... f=9&t=6899
Come on out and play!
