Latest Acquisition
Re: Latest Acquisition
Well I shouldn't really say slow. What I mean is this:
7.4v 15c + Magnum + M160 = good trigger response
11.1v 4000mah 30c + Magnum + M160 = PTW trigger response
7.4v 15c + Magnum + M160 = good trigger response
11.1v 4000mah 30c + Magnum + M160 = PTW trigger response
Re: Latest Acquisition
I got a Mosfet, Crane stock, a 11.1v 1150mah lipo battery, and deans to put on the lipo.
Re: Latest Acquisition
For those of you not at RF, I bought a Systema PTW M16A3 MAX and three additional mags. I added camo wraps to the foregrip and stock, a 4x30mm illuminated mildot scope, an 11.1v 2200mah 20C LiPo, and a stubby Zombie Killer Suppressor with TM foam inserts that make it nearly (though not as) quiet downrange as my old P90 was. I must say I am very happy with my purchase, and I plan to give them Georgia boys some quality time with some KSC .30s from 300FT with it.

Re: Latest Acquisition
2 - 11.1 Lipos
1 - 14.8 Lipo
E1 Red Star AK47... I went years never lowering myself to own an E1 and now I have a 249 MKII and this. The Red Star line is friggen awesome and it hurts to admit that
got a dozen XT60's that I probably won't use since it would mean I have to change over all my gubs and batteries and well eh.
posted the helmet cam already
Dual band, dual channel radio
Bowman PTT headset
Enhanced med kit
FG ESS NVG Profile Goggles
And last week I picked up this, painted the plastics today, seat will be redone in CB Cordura

Say what you want, think what you want, it won't change the fact that AJAX will do what we want, when we want, including roll the ____ over you.

fine print: sometimes I'm serious and post middle of the ground statements based on logic, other times I will post something absurd just to point out the sheer lunacy of someone's opinion. Other times I may post something directed specifically at another forum member just to be a smartass. Don't take it personally, it's all in good fun.

Re: Latest Acquisition
Yes, sweet gun there Dom, it was fun standing behind you sniping watching Bravo try to lob BB's at you on that road in Silverado, while they still weren't close. Also, direct quote "300 foot shot, Mofo" - Dom

And I DID shoot Dom. I was quite pleased. Gun held in air at 45 degree angle...
Re: Latest Acquisition
Yeah, he got me after about 10 minutes of me just standing in the road killing everyone on the SW side of the city, BB lobbing FTW Romba! Yeah Blackout that was when we had that sweet spot behind the log on the hill. For those of you who weren't there; no, I didn't actually cuss at anyone it was all in good fun

Re: Latest Acquisition
Is it an actual CAGE from Crye (unlikely), a South Korean replica (still unlikely), or one of the ACM copies with the giant rubber shoulders (most likely)?

Re: Latest Acquisition
Looks like the ACM; I have one in MC and the shoulder pads are identical.

Re: Latest Acquisition
Ah ha. Well, I think it's cool. I didn't expect it to be a real Crye Chassis... Hundreds of dollars. I only paid $20.
