GBB m9 mag *leaking?*

Post by cripto » Fri Oct 15, 2010 6:15 pm

I recently bought a KJW GBB m9. I read up on it and it is supposed to shoot about 50 rounds on a full mag of green gas.Mine doesn't even shoot a whole mag full. I don't know if this is normal or not,but the bottom of the mag gets ice-cold by the time its out of gas. Help is much appreciated! ;D

The mag is ice cold because of Boyles law. How many seconds are you charging the mag for, and are you doing it with the mag upside down? Are you firing the mag in rapid succession or in full auto? Are you letting it warm up a bit before firing it, or are you charging it and then firing it right away? Is there a hissing sound from either the top or bottom of the mag while filled?

About 2 or 3 2 second fills, yes the mag is upside down, uuummm I shoot once every 1 second, charging and firing about 30 seconds later, no hissing sound that I can hear...

Charge it for five seconds, let it warm up for 5 min and then try it.
