Motor Problem?

When i tried using my g36 at TT last week, the ROF was extemely low with a 9.6v and an 8.4 was not capable of pulling the spring.  The same 8.4v battery went into another gun that chronoed 380 .25 and worked perfectly all day. The g36 last chronod 370 with .20.  Is this an indication that the motor is fried? 

with both voltages you could hear hte motor trying to turn and as i said it did with the 9,6, just slowly

It is more likely an indication that the motor is not mounted properly, or that there is undue stress from something else in the GB, i.e. poor shimming, bad lubrication, or unknown wear and/or debris. However, it can be an indication of a failing motor as well. Have you tried adjusting it's height?

i havent.  the gun was last used several months ago with no issues, at least non that were apparent at the time.  nothing has been adjusted on the gun since then
